基于线程模块的施工过程远程监控系统研究与应用

【摘要】 本课题来源于工程实际需要。上海振华港口机械股份有限公司委托同济大学开发一套岸边集装箱起重机液压自动升降控制系统,包括基于微处理器的硬件控制器开发及智能化监控系统软件开发。这套系统结构复杂,技术先进,在发生系统故障时,操作人员无法有效解决,需要开发人员提供技术支持。本文以此需求为出发点,研究了类似施工过程的远程监控技术,以便于实施方便快速的远程技术支持,保证现场施工的顺利进行。 根据应用对象特点,本文提出了一种线程模块化的设计思想,进行了相关的理论研究及设计方法研究,分析了其应用特点,并深入研究了其中的几个关键技术问题,最后完成了基于此设计思想的施工过程远程监控系统的应用开发设计。 本文以岸桥液压自动升降系统为对象,分析了类似的施工过程特点及其对监控系统的要求,设计了相应的远程监控系统结构,选择了合适的开发平台及开发方法,并分析选择了适合本文的远程数据通信协议;论文详细研究了基于线程模块化的系统各功能模块的结构及实现方式,包括现场数据通信、远程数据通信、数据处理、数据报警、主线程及数据保存等模块,特别是对远程数据通信系统的实现方式进行了深入研究,建立了相关模型,分析了实现过程,设计了远程数据收发线程模块;论文建立了施工过程远程监控系统的实时性模型,分析了影响系统实时性的因素,提出了提高系统实时性的相关措施;基于本文研究成果,开发了岸桥液压自动升降远程监控系统,应用到施工过程中,系统实时性、可靠性等达到了理想水平。

【Abstract】 The dissertation originates from the demand of projects. With the consignation of Shanghai Zhenhua Port Machinery Co., Ltd(ZPMC), the designers from Tongji University develop a Control System for Quayside Container Crane Automation Lifting System(CALCS), include MCPU-based hardware controller and intelligentized software system. Because of complicated configuration of this system and application of advanced technique, the operator couldn’t solve the problem effectually that happen to the system, so he need technical support from the developers. Remote monitoring technology for construction process is researched in this thesis to provide remote support for construction.The design concept of thread-modularized is given, and theory and design method of this consideration is researched, and its application characteristic is analyzed, especially, some of key technology is lucubrated. Base on this concept, the application design of remote monitoring system for construction process is performed.The characteristic of construction process and the demand of monitoring system is analyzed, the structure of remote monitoring system is designed, and also the tool and the method and remote communication protocol is selected properly. The structure and realization of the system function is lucubrated based on thread-modularized theory. Especially, method of remote communication is lucubrated, related model is established, and remote communication threads are designed. Real-time model of construction process remote monitoring system is established, and influencing factors are analyzed, and methods of improving are given. Based on the research of this thesis, crane automation lifting remote monitoring system is developed and applied to project, which achieve target in all the aspects, such as real-time, reliability, and so on.
