崇明隧道运营累积温升及喷雾降温可行性研究

【摘要】 近年来,伴随着城市公路隧道向长大方向发展和交通量的日益增加,公路隧道内的热量大幅增加,直接影响隧道安全运营。随着隧道运营时间的推移,隧道围护结构蓄热(冷)能力的减弱,隧道内热环境将逐渐恶化。针对这一问题,本文对隧道内空气累积温升进行深入的研究,并提出在隧道内采用喷雾降温。 本课题依托崇明隧道的实际情况,结合上海市轨道交通研究院的设计方案。对隧道内得热量进行分析,并采用ANSYS模拟的方法来分析通风量、隧道发热量、围护结构蓄热(冷)、隧道运营时间对隧道空气及衬砌温升影响。 根据模拟结果,为保证隧道安全运营,对隧道必须采用降温措施,本文通过对目前常用的降温方式进行分析比较,提出对隧道采用喷雾降温方式。通过介绍喷嘴的雾化机理和喷雾降温机理。分析单个雾滴在隧道内运动状况,就不同雾滴粒径、雾滴初速度、隧道内空气相对湿度对雾滴轨迹的影响,并用FLUENT中DMP两相流模型模拟进行验证,判别喷雾降温在隧道中运用是切实可行的。

【Abstract】 Recently, with the road of city tunnel is becoming longer and the traffic is increasing. As the result, the quantity of heat increases rapidly in the road tunnel of city. This straightly affects tunnel operation. With the tunnel structure storage energy ability decreased year after year, the air temperature becomes higher in the tunnel .To this question, this study paper is to do air temperature accumulation and spray cooling in Chongming tunnel.According to the actual of Chongming tunnel and the design project of Shanghai Tunnel Design Institution, find the factors which affect heat gain , adopt ANSYS software analysis the factors which affect air temperature accumulation, such as the quantity of wind、 heat gain 、 tunnel structure storage energy ability、 tunnel operation time etc.In order to assure the tunnel operate safely ,It must be adopt cooling measure in the tunnel .Based on study the commons use cooling measure at present, advanced adopting spray cooling method. According to introduce atomization mechanism of nozzle and spray cooling mechanism, study the factors which affect the single liquid movement track, such as liquid diameter liquid initialization speed and air relative humidity, and use DPM model validate it, confirm that spray cooling application in the tunnel is feasible.
