置换通风和冷却顶板复合系统动态能耗分析研究

【摘要】 近年来,建筑能耗及室内空气品质问题日益受到人们的关注。置换通风和冷却顶板复合系统因其在热舒适、室内空气品质和节能性等方面的诸多优点,在我国的一些智能建筑中得到应用。国外大量的研究表明,置换通风和冷却顶板复合系统具有显著的节能潜力。但考虑到气候条件、建筑物类型和系统设计等方面的差异,置换通风和冷却项板复合系统在我国的应用依然需要进行深入的研究。 本文首先采用EnergyPlus软件对某一实际智能建筑的置换通风和冷却顶板复合系统供冷季能耗进行了逐时模拟,并结合实际运行参数对模拟结果的合理性进行了分析。然后分别模拟了实际智能建筑采用几种常规的空调系统时的供冷季能耗,通过对比不同系统的空调能耗,对置换通风和冷却顶板复合系统的节能潜力进行了研究。 在此基础上,本文对置换通风和冷却顶板复合系统的能耗影响因素进行了研究,结合我国典型气候条件分别对置换通风和冷却顶板复合系统在供水系统型式、采用免费供冷、夜间蓄冷运行和采用不同冷、热源时的供冷季能耗进行了分析。结果表明,置换通风和冷却顶板复合系统的节能潜力受很多因素的影响,应根据我国不同地区的气候特征,选择合适的系统设计方式及冷热源,尽可能达到最优节能效果。
【Abstract】 Recently, building energy consumption and indoor air quality problems have been catching more and more people’s attention. Due to the advantages in thermal comfort, indoor air quality and energy saving, the combined cooling ceiling and displacement ventilation system has been applied in some intelligent buildings in our country. Many studies abroad show that the combined system has great energy saving potential, but the application of the combined system in our country still needs to be carefully studied because of the difference between our country and abroad, such as climates, building type, system design, and so on.At first, this thesis simulates the combined cooling ceiling and displacement ventilation system in an intelligent building hourly by using EnergyPlus software, and verifies the simulation results with actual operating parameter values. Then, simulates the energy use of several regular air-conditioning systems separately, compares the simulations results of these systems and analyzes the energy saving potential of the combined cooling ceiling and displacement ventilation system.On the basis of simulation, this thesis analyzes several influence factors of the energy consumption of the combined system under our country’s climate, such as chilled water supply type, using free cooling by cooling tower, night cooling, heat and cooling source, and so on. The results show that the energy saving potential of the combined system is influenced by many factors, it is suggested that choosing proper system and heat and cooling source under different climate to save as much energy as possible.
