塑料蜗轮与钢制蜗杆的啮合性能研究

【摘要】 塑料蜗轮与钢制蜗杆传动是将塑料斜齿轮(即塑料蜗轮)代替金属蜗轮实现传递动力与运动的一种传动机构。随着齿轮工业持续地快速发展与革新,此类塑料齿轮的应用越来越普遍,如汽车座椅、大灯调节器、减速器、洗衣机等各种领域。由于塑料蜗轮材料对环境温度与湿度敏感度较大;塑料材料较低的弹性模量以及粘弹性的特征;塑料齿轮在设计应用时还没有一个统一的参照标准,而依据金属齿轮又会带来较大的差异性。因而,对此类塑料齿轮的设计准则与研究方法的提出具有重要意义,使得对塑料蜗轮与钢制蜗杆传动的啮合性能研究有了更高的理论研究价值,对于企业具有较高的经济效应。 本课题对塑料蜗轮与钢制蜗杆传动进行了理论分析和实验研究。基于齿轮啮合原理、轮齿接触分析、摩擦学和传热学,并将有限元方法、理论分析计算以及实验测量数据相结合,建立了塑料蜗轮与钢制蜗杆传动轮齿结构和温度分析的模型与方法;使用MSC.Pastran/Nastran有限元分析工具研究了塑料蜗轮与钢制蜗杆传动轮齿的接触强度,齿廓变形规律和应力分布规律,并基于齿轮本体温度场研究了100℃啮合环境温度对塑料蜗轮与钢制蜗杆传动啮合性能的影响。最后就进一步的研究方向给予了阐述。
【Abstract】 The transmission of plastic worm wheel and steel worm, in which plastic helical wheel (viz. plastic worm wheel) is instead of steel worm, is a drive mechanism for transferring power and movement. With the continually high developping and renovating of gear industry, this type of drive mechanism is applied more and more widely. Because of so many advantageous of the transmission, such as low cost of material, light quality, better frictional behaviour, non-electric and easy manufacturing, the drive is indispensability applied in various areas, just like auto chairs, adjuster of headlight, gear retarder and washing machine etc. But there aren’t a unitive reference standard for design of the drive by application, and it’s also a wrong way to design and apply according to the standard of steel gear.Thus, the design standard and research method of the transmission of plastic worm wheel and steel worm should be achieved, theoretic research of the drive will be more useful, and also to the application in practise. The transmission of plastic worm wheel and steel worm has been performed theoretic analysis and experiment research in the article. Based on the theories of gear engagement, contact analysis, friction and heat transfer, a model and method of finite element structure and thermal analysis for the drive were established. Combimed with the FEA tool MSC.Nastran, theoretic calculation and data from experiments, the contact strength, deformation on the tooth flank and stress envelope has been researched.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
