应用超级电容的轮胎式集装箱起重机节能特性研究

【摘要】 节能与环保既是我国走可持续发展道路的要求,也是工程机械的发展方向。应用超级电容的轮胎式集装箱起重机,可以充分回收下降过程中的反馈能量,同时当系统处于大负载起升状态下,提供辅助能量,这样不仅有效利用了重物下降过程中的回馈能量,还解决了瞬时功率提供不足的窘境,既达到了节能,又达到了环保的目的。因此,对应用超级电容的轮胎式集装箱起重机的研究具有重要的工程实际意义。 本文主要对应用超级电容的轮胎式集装箱起重机系统进行特性分析。首先分析了与应用超级电容相关的柴油发电机组、电动机以及超级电容的特性。其次,分析了起升机构工作过程中的能量传递与损失并进行了能量损失计算,提出了应用超级电容的轮胎式集装箱起重机的有效节能措施。最后,运用数学与试验相结合的方法建立了整机的理论模型,在基于MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真平台上搭建了系统的仿真模型,并对空载与满载两种不同的工作工况进行了仿真计算。 通过仿真计算与分析表明,加装了超级电容的轮胎式集装箱起重机与传统的起重机相比,其燃油消耗明显下降,具有显著的经济效益。
【Abstract】 Nowadays energy saving and environmental protection is not only the demand of sustainable development, but also the direction of construction machinery and equipment. The rubber tyred gantry crane (RTG) mounted with supercapacitor could fully recycle the feedback energy when the cargo sling descends. And when it ascends with heavy load, the supercapacitor supplies a want. It satisfies the energy saving and environmental protection. So it takes on important engineering practice significance.In this dissertation, characteristic of RTG system mounted with supercapacitor was analyzed. Firstly, diesel engine, electromotor and supercapacitor were studied. Secondly, the energy transfer and loss when the system worked were analyzed and accounted. Then, the ways the system could save the energy were put forward. Finally, the simulation model was built based on MATLAB/SIMULINK with the way combined the mathematic method with the test, and simulated the two load conditions (full load and no load).By the simulation and analysis, compared with the traditional RTG, the oil consumption of the RTG equipped with supercapacitor distinctly moved down and it took great economy benefit.
