【摘要】 银行业是促进国民经济发展、支持经济体制改革、维护社会稳定的关键因素，是整个金融改革中最为重要的一环。我国银行业所采取的一系列改革，就是为了从根本上改变中资银行传统的产权与经营机制，健全严重滞后的治理结构，强化对银行的市场约束，提升中资银行在国内外金融市场上的竞争能力，以应对来自外资银行的挑战。文章以此为背景，对当前中资银行在改革过程中引进境外战略投资者这一问题进行研究。 文章首先通过对中资银行引进境外战略投资者的依据和背景的分析，了解引进境外战略投资者的可行性和必要性，然后就引进境外战略投资者可能遇到的问题进行分析，最后通过对银行效率的实证分析，来对引入境外战略投资者对中资银行将会产生何种影响进行了较全面的研究。 文中的最终结论是中资银行引进有经验、合格的境外战略投资者会使银行的运营效率得到改善，他们的进入对中资银行的经营理念和管理水平的提高起到了作用。通过引进境外战略投资者可以使中资银行不仅可以获得充实银行的资本金，还可以获得先进的管理经验、技术和产品，增强其市场竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The banking industry is the key to promote the national economy development, support economic restructuring and maintain social stability aspect, and it is the most important part in the entire financial reform. A series of reform of the bank industry in china are taken to meet the challenge from the foreign bank in order to radically change the traditional property right and working rules, perfect the grave lag governing structure, strengthen the market restraint and improve the competitiveness of Chinese bank to financial market at home and abroad. Based on this background, the research is on the progress of the Chinese bank reform to attract the foreign investment.This paper firstly analyses the basis and background of strategy investor indraught for Chinese bank. It expatiate the feasibility and necessary and then analyses the possible problems. At last, by the demonstration analysis of bank efficiency, it totally expatiate weather the effect would be take place in the entrance of foreign bank to Chinese bank.The last conclusion is that it is improvable for the work effect of the bank by fetching in the experienced and eligible investor abroad, the entrance of which will take affect in the improvement of work rule and management level. Chinese bank will obtain not only the substantive capital but also the advanced management experience, technology and production to strengthen the market competition by fetching in the foreign investor.更多还原
