【摘要】 建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱产业之一，世界范围内环境意识的觉醒使得环境保护的观念逐步被引入到供应链管理之中。如何最大限度地提高资源的利用效率以及降低建筑业对环境的负面影响己成为国内外学者与政府关注的焦点，而绿色供应链管理正是解决这一焦点问题的管理新模式。 在理论解释阶段，本文借鉴制造业绿色供应链管理的发展，结合建筑业行业特点，从新的环境时代对建筑业要求和绿色供应链管理的研究现状出发，分析了实施绿色供应链管理的原因，总结了绿色供应链管理的定义、要素和特征等丰富的内涵。绿色供应链管理是在供应链管理中考虑和强化环境因素，即通过供应链上下游企业间的合作以及企业内各部门之间的沟通、协调，从产品的设计、材料的选择、产品的制造、产品的销售以及回收的全过程中考虑环境整体效益最优化，同时提高企业的环境绩效和经济绩效，从而实现企业和所在供应链的可持续发展。 接着，本文论述了建筑业实施绿色供应链的必要性和可行性，构建了相应的建筑业绿色供应链管理模型，并结合我国国情特点提出了建筑企业实施绿色供应链管理的途径。 实施绿色供应链管理是解决环境问题的系统方法，为保证其顺利实施，要在文化，政策法规，信息技术，风险防范等方面提供有力的支撑。最后本文提出进一步研究的问题。 通过本文的研究，笔者希望能够通过建立的模型及实施策略能够对我国建筑业供应链的构建提供参考，本文认为建筑业实施绿色供应链管理可以有效地解决建筑业质量—成本—工期之间的矛盾关系和企业与环境之间的“双赢”关系，从而提高整个供应链的竞争优势。并期望本文能够对国内建筑施工企业在推行绿色供应链管理方面起到积极的促进作用，从而提高我国建筑业的综合竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction industry is one of the most important industries of national economics, The waking up of realization worldwide results in the concept of environment protection brought in the supply chain management. How to make best use of resources and reduce the side-effect of constructing exerts on environment has caught the foreign and domestic scholars’ attention. And the Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) is a new management mode to solve this focused problem.In the phase of theoretic explanation, based on the present GSCM research in constructing industry and considered the characteristics of construction industry, this article discusses the application of GSCM in the construction industry. At first, the article analysis the general starting from the request of manufacturing corporations in new era and the present research situation of GSCM, then analyzes the reason why we should implement GSCM and profuse connotations of the definition factors and characteristics of GSCM. GSCM is a strategy which takes environmental factors into consideration when managing the supply chain. It aims to maximize the overall environmental profit through both inter-cooperations among different sections of an enterprise and intra-cooperations between upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain during the process of product design, material selection, manufacturing, sales and product recovery. Through this way, both environmental and economic performances of the enterprises can be improved and therefore the sustainable development is realized.The article disguss the possibility and necessity for construction industry to apply the GSCM.and then the necessary supports are concerned , Finally, it puts forward what to be further studied.According to the study on supply chain in architecture industry, the paper gets a conclusion that if the architecture enterprises adopt supply chain management and green supply chain management, they can resolve effectively the contradictions among quality, cost and lead time, gaining the Win-Win between enterprises and environment, payoff of cooperation and non — cooperation, expounds the benefit of cooperation.
