【Abstract】 Engles has said: "Society once have the demand on the technique, then this kind of need can push science forward then ten universities. " the demand of the society not only is foundations, but also is motive that pushes science to develop. In addition to society, economy, humanities environment is an important aspect that pushes science development. The article analysis the constitute of the humanities environment and how influent science development. Process of formation and development of Science center. verified humanities environment has huge influence on scienceNow our country is developing science and technique, all people are trying to find way to promote science, from the angle of humanities environment to analysis the development environment of science, doubtlessly,is important.Though under different history condition, the manifestation dissimilarity of the main factor of the humanities environment, but they can induce four aspects. The article study humanities environment of our country, then by the theories and the history facts that have been put forward, paper suggests how to constructe humanities environment to promote science and technology.更多还原
