网络化金属管浮子流量计的设计

【摘要】 金属管浮子流量计(金属管转子流量计),是基于浮子在垂直锥形管中随流量变化而升降的原理来进行测量的装置,本课题对目前浮子流量计的测量精度、智能化和通信等方面存在的问题进行了研究,论文介绍了网络化金属管浮子流量计的设计。 网络化金属管浮子流量计由流量计传感系统和网络通信系统两部分组成。流量计传感系统构建了基于MSP430F149微处理器为核心的低功耗硬件系统,采用新型磁阻传感器HMC1501实现了流量信号的高精度测量,具备现场显示、累积、参数设置等功能,提供两线制电流信号输出、RS232和RS485通信接口,实现了智能仪表的一体化。网络通信系统中移植了μIP协议栈,具备Web服务器的功能,实现了基于ARM7核的LPC2114微处理器的串口到以太网的通用转换模块,从而将金属管浮子流量计接入以太网。 系统利用软件方法实现对金属管浮子流量计的标定和温度补偿,使之在不同的环境温度下完成对流量信号的高精度测量;采用超低功耗单片机MSP430F149和XTR115实现两线制4~20mA电流环输出以及通过RS232/485传输信号,经精度为0.2级的标准流量计测试,该流量计的精度不低于1.0级,温度漂移小;同时,系统采用LPC2114及以太网控制器CS8900实现了网络通信。本论文对嵌入式设备及其它仪表的以太网接入研究和远程监控方面有一定的参考价值。

【Abstract】 Metal tube rotameter is a flux measuring device based on the principle of floater ascending or descending in the vertical cone-shaped tube with the flux changing. The subject does research on the problems of the current flowmeter’s measurement accuracy, intelligence and communication. The paper introduces a design of network metal tube rotameter.Network intelligent metal tube rotameter consists of flowmeter sensor system and network communication system. The flowmeter sensor system constructs a low-power hardware system based on MSP430F149 MCU. It adopts a new magnetoresistive sensor HMC1501 to implement measuring flux signal with high accuracy. The system has the function of local displaying, cumulating and parameter setting.Also,it supply two-wire current signal output, RS232 & RS485 communication interfaces that achieves intelligent instrument integration. In the network communication system uIP protocol is transplanted and Web Server’s function is realized. The system is designed based on LPC2114 MCU with the core of ARM7. It is a universal conversion module between Uart and Ethernet, accordingly connecting the metal tube rotameter to Ethernet.The system implements metal tube rotameter’s calibration and temperature compensation by software, so high-accuracy measuring of the flux signal is realized in various environments. Ultralow-power consumption SCM MSP430F149 and XTR115 are adopted to realize two-wire 4~20mA current loop output and signal transmission by RS232/485. The presicion is higher than 1.0-level, testing by the standard flowmeter with 0.2-level,and the system has little temperature drift. Meanwhile,LPC2114 and Ethernet controller CS8900 are adopted to finish Ethernet communication. Overall this paper has certain reference value on Ethernet connection research and remote monitoring of the embedded equipments.
