【摘要】 随着世界经济全球化、网络普及化以及我国社会主义市场经济体制改革的纵深发展,当代高师本科生的价值观呈现出多元化、复杂化和动态化的新特征。在此背景下,我们能否通过科学的测量手段及时准确地把握当代高师本科生的职业价值观,是我们能否实现高师院校就业指导和职业观教育工作实效性的关键所在。本文采用西南大学心理学院制作的“高师生职业价值观问卷”对广西师范大学、广西师范学院和玉林师范学院等三所高师院校的625名本科生的职业价值观进行问卷调查,同时对16名广西高师本科生进行逐个访谈调查,在此基础上重点探讨广西高师本科生的职业价值观的如下差异性特征及其成因:(1)广西高师本科生对各维度职业价值观的重视程度的差异性及其成因;(2)广西高师本科生的职业价值观在专业、年级、性别上的差异性及其成因;(3)广西高师本科生职业价值观的民族差异性及其成因;(4)广西高师本科生的专业思想稳固程度的差异性及其成因;(5)广西高师本科生的职业价值观与其职业选择行为的差异性及其成因。最后,论文提出五点有针对性的德育对策思考,希望给今后进一步加强和改进广西高师本科生的就业指导和职业观教育工作提供有益的参考。论文的主要结论有:(1)广西高师本科生对各维度职业价值观的重视程度按大小排序为:自我发展、人际关系、贡献、物质生活、威望、家族。此一调查结果与西南大学心理学院余海波(2001年)对北京师范大学、上海师范大学、重庆师范大学、山东师范大学、东北师范大学、四川师范大学、贵州师范大学、福建师范大学等全国八所高师院校本科生的职业价值观的调查结果基本一致。但明显不同的是,广西高师本科生比较重视物质生活的职业价值观,而全国八所高师院校本科生则不太重视物质生活的职业价值观。(2)在物质生活、威望、人际关系、家族方面存在显著的专业差异性,体育、文科专业比理科、艺术专业的广西高师本科生更加重视物质生活这一职业价值观,体育、文科、理科专业比艺术专业的广西高师本科生更加重视威望、人际关系和家族的职业价值观;在人际关系、贡献、自我发展和威望维度上存在显著的年级差异性,大一年级学生比大三年更多还原

【Abstract】 As the world economics globalization, the network popularizing and the depth development of socialist market economy organizational reforming, the normal university students’values present the new characteristics, such as the multiplication, the complication and the dynamic. In this situation, whether do we grasp the normal university students ’ values accurately and promptly through the science survey methods becomes the key for us whether we can get to actual effect of occupation instruction and the occupational values education for the normal universities. The text use the“Normal University Students’Occupation Values Questionnaire”which manufactured by Southwest University to study 625 students’occupation values of Guangxi normal university, Guangxi normal college and Yulin normal college, meanwhile, it also study 16 students one by one . On these foundation,it mainly discusses the different characteristics and its origin of normal university students’occupational values in Guangxi province as follows:(1)the different characteristic and its origin of normal university students’attitude to all fields of occupational values.(2)the different characteristic and its origin in specialty, grade and gender of normal university students’occupational values in Guangxi province.(3)The national differences and its origin of normal university students’occupational values in Guangxi province.(4)The difference and its origin of normal university students’specialized thought stable degree in Guangxi province.(5)The difference between the normal university students’occupational values and the behavior of choice of educational units and its origin. Finally, the text propose five pointed countermeasures for moral education, and I hope it will provide the beneficial reference for further strengthening and improving the Guangxi normal university students’occupational instruction and the occupational values education.The main results of this study are as follows:(1)The order of ratings’ mean of every dimension given by normal university students in Guangxi province was:“self-development”,“interpersonal relationship”,“contribution”,“material well being”,“power”,“family”.
