跨国公司外派经理选择方法与开发机制研究

【摘要】 本文针对跨国公司外派经理的选择问题,给出了一种实用的决策分析方法;并讨论了外派经理开发机制。论文从分析外派经理的职责和素质入手,首先,根据外派经理的职业特点和管理任务,引入多元智商、学习方式和思维风格等概念,建立衡量外派经理综合素质的有效标准;然后,考虑指标的主观判断因素,引入模糊数概念,并基于理想点法给出一种多指标决策方法;最后,结合案例从职前培训和在职培训两个方面讨论外派经理的培训方式。
【Abstract】 This paper develops a practical approach for the selection of expatriate managers and discusses expatriate-training. This paper starts from analyzing duties and qualities of expatriate. Firstly, a set of criterion system is designed for evaluating expatriate managers based on the available researches. Then, the concepts of fuzzy numbers is introduced in view of the characteristics of the presented criteria, and a multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) method is proposed for selecting expatriate managers based on ideal and anti-ideal concepts. Finally, the training styles are developed include pre-departure training and in-country training and an case is given to demonstrate the use of the developed approach.
