【摘要】 本文以英美三大石油公司广州分公司为研究内容，从各分公司的成立、市场扩展、品牌宣传以及与民族资本企业的竞争等方面分别进行阐述，概括分析其与当地官商的关系，论述其对广州经济社会的影响。旨在全面地展现三大石油公司广州分公司在华南活动的真实面貌，并给予其客观公正的评价：近代三大石油公司广州分公司在华南的活动是以攫取高额的垄断利润为目的，但客观上它们的商业活动加速了当地经济社会的现代化进程，同时，其成功的管理层级结构和经销经验亦为今天社会主义市场经济体制下现代企业的发展与壮大提供了历史经验和借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article , based on the three sub companies in Canton from the Standard Vacuum-Oil Company , The Asiatic Petroleum Co. Ltd and Texas Oil Co., expounded their establishment and market development, trademark propagation, and compete with national capitalist enterprise and a series of business activity. The article also analyzed the influence of economy in the area and the relation between the three sub companies and government and businessmen of the area . It aims to set objective and impartial value on the three sub companies in Canton from the Standard Vacuum-Oil Company , The Asiatic Petroleum Co. Ltd and Texas Oil Co. The three sub companies aims to snatch the high profit in the south of China Market, but in fact their activities speed up the development of modernization in the area . At the same time, their successful and their sell systems can provide some experience for the present national capitalist enterprise’s development.更多还原
