全球价值链上的产品开发知识溢出与OEM企业持续成长

【摘要】 全球价值链上组织间知识溢出和学习为OEM企业学习和持续成长创造了机遇。本文通过分析OEM企业在价值链上的一般成长路径,论证了在全球价值链的代工过程中学习和积累产品开发知识是OEM企业增强自主创新能力和实现持续成长的基本条件。以理论分析为基础,本文指出了在全球价值链的代工过程中影响产品开发知识溢出和学习的基本因素,并建构了实证研究的假设框架。以东莞电子信息制造业OEM企业的问卷调查数据为基础,本文的实证研究结果表明东莞电子信息制造业OEM企业在全球价值链的代工过程中取得了较好的学习效果,产品开发能力有了一定程度的提高,因此,OEM企业应遵循“引进消化吸收再创新”的自主创新模式。并且,实证研究还表明,厂商间信任程度和互动频率是产品开发知识溢出和学习最重要的决定因素;OEM企业学习倾向、企业规模和产品开发设计能力等自身条件是学习客户产品开发知识的基础;延长合作期限有助于产品开发知识的学习;产品开发知识过于复杂不利于OEM企业学习。最后,本文提出了促进OEM企业学习和持续成长的对策建议。

【Abstract】 On the global value chain, the knowledge spillover and learning among organizations create opportunities for OEM enterprises’ learning and sustainable growth. By analyzing the OEM enterprises’ general growing-path on value chain, this thesis has proven that in the OEM process learning and the accumulation of Product Development Knowledge are the basis of OEM enterprises which tend to strengthen the independent innovation ability and to keep growing. It points out the fundamental factors that affect Product development knowledge spillover and learning on the global value chain and constructs supposition frame of empirical research, which are on the foundation of theoretical analysis. Based on the survey of OEM enterprises Electronic Information manufacturing in Dongguan, the findings of empirical research indicate that they learn well and obtain more product development ability than ever before. Therefore, they should follow the independent innovation pattern: introduction—digestion—absorption—re-creation. And, it also indicates that, trust and interaction frequency among the enterprises are the most important determining factors in Product development spillover and learning. The learning tendency, the scale and Product development capacity of OEM enterprises are the foundation on which they learn the clients’ product development knowledge; Lengthening the cooperation deadline is helpful for learning, while high complexity of product development knowledge not. Finally, this thesis proposes suggestions on how to promote the OEM enterprises’ learning and sustainable growth.
