【摘要】 现代供应链是多条物流和信息流平行进行，以保证正确数量的产品以高效率、低成本的方式到达正确的地点的复杂系统。而正是由于供应链的复杂性，使得供应链存在很大的风险，供应链企业相互依赖、相互影响，任何一个环节出现问题都会波及整个供应链。但从目前文献中发现供应链风险识别和评价的有效方法还有所欠缺，缺乏专门而系统的供应链风险管理方法。 本文分为六个部分，先论述了供应链风险管理研究的必要性和重要性，随后介绍了供应链风险管理理论所涉及的理论基础。本文重点部分从内生风险和外生风险的角度全面分析了供应链风险的来源，并在归类识别供应链的风险的基础上对其进行了详细的分析；在风险识别的基础上，对风险的大小进行了全面细致的评估，主要引进了层次分析法和模糊综合评估法；最后从减小风险发生的可能性和减小风险发生导致的损失两个方面论述了可采取的供应链风险控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Modern supply-chains have become growing complex, with many parallel flows of logistics and information in order to ensure that products are delivered with right quantities to the right place in a cost-effective manner. Due to the complexity of the supply chain, there exist great risks. The supply chain enterprises are interdependent, and must work in coordination. Any problem that occurred in any link would influence the entire supply chain. Based on current literatures, it is found that the available method is rarely to identify, assess supply chain risk (SCR) especially and systematically; it is lack of special and systematical way for supply chain risk management (SCRM).This article is divided into six parts. The first part dealt with the necessity and importance of SCRM and The second part introduced the related basic theories. The key parts, from part three to part five, analyzed the sources of SCR in detail on the basis of internal and external risks; then a comprehensive method was worked out to assess level of SCR, which combined the merits of AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation; finally discussed supply chain risks control method from the aspects of reducing the occurring probability and resulting losses of SCRs.
