江苏城市化进程中的产业集聚问题研究

【摘要】 集聚经济是城市化的主要动力之一,在城市化进程中,产业集聚的形成和发展是引导区域经济成长与繁荣的主要来源,也是提升城市化内涵,促使城市化健康快速成长的关键因素。另一方面,城市化的过程又是人口、要素集聚的过程,大城市圈成为产业集聚和流动的发展方向和新的发展空间。本文以产业集聚为研究主题,重点论述江苏城市化进程中产业集聚的发展概况和产业集聚对江苏城市化发展的重要性。但由于城市化与产业集聚二者之间具有不可分割的联系,且又是把产业集聚放在江苏城市化发展的前提下来论证,因此,本文虽然以产业集聚为着重点,分析产业集聚对城市化的影响,但在文章中也会论述到城市化对产业集聚产生的影响和制约作用,也只有这样,才能更加鲜明的突出江苏产业集聚的发展概况及其对城市化产生的重要性,在提出对策时才能更好的把握方向性。文章先从理论入手,在对产业集聚的若干概念进行界定后,概述了国内外产业集聚发展理论,并对产业集聚和城市化的关联性进行了论述。第二章重点回顾和剖析江苏城市化进程中的产业集聚,先对江苏城市化的发展阶段进行了归纳判断,然后从纵横向两个角度重点分析产业集聚的发展状况,纵向上主要分析在江苏城市化发展不同阶段中,产业集聚的演进过程和表现形式,横向上主要分析不同的城市化发展区域,产业集聚的发展状况和差异。接着文章又分析了不同时期产业集聚的形成原因及其特点,并指出城市化进程中,产业集聚发展存在的问题。第三章主要是分析产业集聚对江苏城市化的影响,包括产业集聚对城市化的经济效应分析,产业集聚对江苏城市化的发展道路的影响、产业集聚对江苏城市化区域差异的原因解释以及产业集聚带动城市化的实证分析(以昆山为例)等四个方面。最后,本文根据城市化进程中产业集聚发展面临的一些问题,提出了相关对策建议,希望通过促进产业集聚的发展来推进江苏城市化进程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Congregate economy is one of the major impetuses of urbanization. In the course of urbanization, the forming and development of industrial cluster is the primary source which lead to the development and prosperity of regional economy, and it is also the key to improve the quality of urbanization and to urge the urbanization to develop in a healthy and rapid form. Meanwhile, urbanization is also the course of the cluster of people and elements. And Metropolitan Area becomes the developmental indirection and new developmental space of industrial cluster and the movement.With the topic of industrial cluster in Jiangsu, the article stresses to discuss the general situation of industrial cluster under the background of urbanization and expresses the importance of industrial cluster to the urbanization. Because of the indiscerptible relation between urbanization and industrial cluster, as well as the discussion of industrial cluster with the course of urbanization, the article illuminates the influence of the urbanization on the industrial cluster, which could stand out the survey of industrial cluster and the importance to urbanization clearly and also make the article control the indirection all the better when it pointes out the advices in the end. Beginning with the methods, the article defines some concepts, sums up the methods of industrial cluster both here and abroad, and discusses the relation between industrial cluster and urbanization. In the second chapter, the article reviews and analyzes industrial cluster. Firstly, the article concludes and judges the developmental phases of urbanization. Then, it expresses the survey of industrial cluster from the horizontal and vertical perspectives. In the vertical section the article mainly describes the evolvement and the form of industrial cluster when urbanization is in different phases. In the horizontal section, the article mostly analyses the differences of industrial cluster in different areas. Then, the article analyzes the causes and traits of industrial cluster, and points out the problems. The third chapter analyses the influences of industrial cluster on urbanization in Jiangsu, which include the economic effect on urbanization, the influence on developmental mode of urbanization, the explanation of the regional disparity of urbanization and the demonstration analyses about promotion of industrial cluster to regional urbanization, which giving an example of the city of Kunshan. At last, in the view of some problems that industrial cluster exists, the article points out some countermeasures in the hope of promoting the urbanization.更多还原
