【摘要】 随着全球环境保护意识的觉醒和不断提高,以及“可持续发展”理念的提出和发展,“绿色建筑”逐渐成为建筑界关注的焦点。在经历了早期理论研究、试验性探索、节能体系建立几个阶段后,绿色建筑已经发展到建立系统的绿色建筑评价体系阶段。世界许多国家和地区都建立了自己的绿色建筑评价体系,我国的绿色建筑发展相对滞后,绿色建筑评价体系尚未颁布。在这样的背景下,有必要对国外绿色建筑评价体系的最新动态进行研究和分析,为我国绿色建筑评价体系的建立提供借鉴,为建筑工程人员的绿色建筑设计提供指导。本文首先回顾了绿色建筑评价体系产生的历史背景,指出了建立绿色建筑评价体系的目的和意义。第二章对世界各个国家和地区现有的绿色建筑评价体系进行了全面介绍,介绍了绿色建筑评价体系发展的最新动态。对较权威和较有影响力的几个主要的绿色建筑评价体系进行了重点介绍和分析,比较了它们在评估对象、评估内容、评估机制、评价过程等方面的不同,并指出了其优势和不足。第三章对我国的绿色建筑评价体系的发展现状作了概括介绍,分析了我国当今绿色建筑发展存在的误区。对我国现有的唯一一套绿色建筑评价体系——绿色奥运建筑评价体系进行了介绍。最后对我国的绿色建筑评价体系的发展作了展望。第四章针对国内现有的较为优秀的绿色建筑项目从绿色建筑评价体系的角度进行了介绍和分析,并指出了运用绿色建筑评价体系指导设计的几个原则。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the awareness and continual improvement of the global environment protection, and the putting forward and development of the concept of“sustainable development”,“green building”becomes the focus of architecture filed gradually. After several stages of early theory study、testing exploration、building up of energy saving system, green building has step into the stage of set up green building assessment system. Many countries and areas have built up their own green building assessment system, the development of China’s green building is comparatively slow, we haven’t get our own green building assessment system. Therefore, it’s necessary to study and analyze the last development of foreign green building assessment systems, in order to give suggestions to our country, and give guidance to designers.The article looks back the history of green building assessment system, point out the aim and significance of building up green building assessment system. The second chapter gives a overview of green building assessment systems in the world, introduces the latest development of green building assessment system, gives an exhaustive analysis to several main green building assessment systems that have more influence, compares their differences on assessment object、assessment content、assessment mechanism and assessment process, point out their advantages and disadvantages. The third chapter gives an overview of China’s green building assessment system, analyzes the mistakes in the development of green building. Introduce the exclusive green building assessment system——green Olympic building assessment system. It gives a forecast to the future of China’s green building assessment system.
