数字控制DC-DC变换器的研究

【摘要】 在传统的功率电子技术中,DC/DC变换器通常是采用模拟电路来实现电压或电流控制的。近年来,随着数字信号处理技术的日益完善、成熟,微处理器/微控制器和数字信号处理器性价比的不断提高,数字控制在功率变换器中得到广泛应用。相对于模拟控制,数字控制有许多优点。数字控制可以实现复杂的控制策略,采用数字控制具有更高的稳定性、可靠性和灵活性,并易于实现电源的智能化,同时也可以缩短新产品的开发周期。目前提出的数字控制策略有数字PID控制、自适应控制、模糊控制、神经网络控制、极点配置法、无差拍控制、预测控制等,这些控制策略各有特点,但都有各自的局限性。在研究分析了DC/DC变换器建模方法的基础上,本文提出一种模糊PID控制策略,并与预测控制相结合,即模糊PID预测控制。通过对Buck变换器和全桥变换器进行建模仿真验证了这种控制策略,仿真结果表明,该算法具有很好的动态响应,非常适合于对DC/DC变换器动态性能要求比较高的场合。为了实现这种控制策略,本文以TI公司的TMS320F240 DSP为核心控制器件,设计Buck变换器为试验平台设计了系统硬件电路,并通过软件编程最终进行了实现。试验结果表明这种控制策略具有很好的控制性能,算法实现比较简单,同时控制模块设计简单,可靠性高,是一种比较实用、易于实现的控制算法。

【Abstract】 In conventional power electronic technology, controllers for DC/DC converters adopt analogy circuits to implement voltage control or current control. In recent years, with the improvement in digital signals processing technology and the price of microprocessor and DSP becoming cheaper, digital control is widely applied in power converters. Compared with analogy controllers, digital controllers have many advantages. The digital controller can realize some complicated control strategies and has higher reliability and stability, and the design of the digital controller is flexible. The digital controller can realize the intelligent power and reduce the design cycle of new products.The proposed control strategies include digital PID control, adaptive control, fuzzy control, neural network control, pole place control, dead-beat control and predictive control. Every control strategy has its advantages, but has its localization. After investigated and analyzed the control model of the DC/DC converter, the paper proposed a new fuzzy PID predictive control method. The control method is validated with the simulation of the Buck and the phase-shifted full-bridge converter. The simulation results proved that the control method has good dynamics response.In order to realize the strategy, the paper designed the Buck converter based on the TMS320F240 DSP. The experimentation result proved that the control scheme has good control performance and simple control arithmetic. The strategy is a simple and applied digital control method.
