断路器机械特性检测装置设计

【摘要】 近些年,随着断路器产品的发展,断路器在航空航天、造船等行业上的应用越发广泛,从而对断路器机械特性的要求也越来越严格。为了实现断路器机械特性的准确测试,方便快捷地获得断路器机械特性参数,为断路器的研发与生产提供可靠的性能参数,我们设计了断路器机械特性的自动化检测装置。基于虚拟仪器的自动化检测装置--断路器机械特性检测装置,为广泛应用于国家航空航天、造船等行业的断路器,提供准确实时的检测功能,可在线直观检测过程,读取已测过的数据参数、特性曲线进行比较分析。虚拟仪器技术是利用高性能的模块化硬件,结合高效灵活的软件来完成各种测试、测量和自动化控制的一种应用技术。灵活高效的软件能帮助我们创建完全自定义的用户界面,模块化的硬件能方便地提供全方位的系统集成,标准的软硬件平台能满足对同步和定时应用的需求。因此,我们借助于虚拟仪器的综合开放的技术特性,设计断路器机械特性检测装置。本文的主要工作内容:1.介绍基于PC的智能自动化检测技术,虚拟仪器技术。并简单介绍了我国断路器行业的发展历史和断路器的主要应用领域。2.建立高精度的伺服控制传动系统、基于PC的高速并行数据采集与控制系统,进行断路器检测装置的硬件设计与集成。3.设计检测装置的软件功能,包括:人机界面、实时数据库、实时曲线和检测数据显示、电机控制等。4.集成软硬件系统的调试与实验数据分析。

【Abstract】 Recent years, along with the development of circuit breaker product, the applications of circuit breaker in professions and so on in aerospace, shipbuilding become even extensive, meanwhile, it is also stricter to the circuit breaker physical characteristics request than before.In order to realize accurate test to the circuit breaker, quickly obtain physical characteristics parameter of the circuit breaker, and provide the reliable performance parameter for the circuit breaker research and development, we have designed the circuit breaker physical characteristics automation detecting device.Automation detecting device for circuit breaker physical characteristics, provides detecting functions for many circuit breakers applied to national defense, and so on aerospace and shipbuilding, including accurate real-time examination function, the on-line direct-viewing examination process, reading data measured from database to compare the different products and displaying the characteristic dynamic curve. The virtual Instruments has revolutionized the way engineers and scientists in industry, government, and academia approach measurement and automation. Leveraging PCs and commercial technologies, virtual instrumentation increases productivity and lowers costs for test, control, and design applications through easy-to-integrate software, such as NI LabVIEW, and modular measurement and control hardware for PXI, PCI, USB, and Ethernet. It uses the high performance the modular hardware and union highly effective nimble software to complete each kind of test, the survey and the automated control. With the aid of to the virtual instrument technical, we design the circuit breaker physical characteristics detector set.This article main work content:1. Introduced based intelligent automation examination technology on PC, virtual instrument technology. And simply introduced circuit breaker development history and main application domain in our country.2. Established high accuracy servo-control transmission system, high speed parallel data acquisition and the control system based on the PC,3. Designed software functions, and realized them.4. Integrated software and hardware system, and debugged and analyzed the data measured.
