典型行业网络化设计平台研究与开发

【摘要】 随着近年来经济的快速发展,我国中小企业已经成为国民经济中重要的力量。它们通过采用产业集群化的生产模式,发挥整体行业的产业优势,大大降低了产品成本,提高了产品的生产效率。但是由于中小企业其本身的特点,仍然存在科研能力不足,产品技术含量不高,企业间的协作混乱和协同设计能力不足等问题。本文在行业需求分析的基础上,针对产业集群化生产模式行业的特点及不足,以加强企业间的协同设计能力,增加企业与高校科研单位、企业与消费者的交流,提高企业的科研能力及新产品的创新能力为目标,提出了面向典型行业的网络化设计平台方案。本论文的主要工作包括以下几方面。1、对网络化设计平台的主要目标及内容进行研究分析,针对自行车产业集群化的生产模式和特点,提出了以实现产品创新、资源集成及共享为目标的自行车网络化设计平台,并进行了功能架构及数据模型设计。2、对构建网络化设计平台所涉及的主要关键技术,协同设计方式和应用模式,大规模定制的开发流程和产品族的管理,工作流程管理的基本元素和数据等进行了研究。3、对自行车行业网络化设计平台原型系统进行了设计与开发,对其主要功能和实现方法进行了阐述。
【Abstract】 With the development of the economy, the small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the national economy. The industrial cluster mode already became main production mode in these enterprises, in result they have reduced the product cost and improve productive efficiency by industrial advantage. But because themselves characteristics, these enterprises also have some problems, for example: not enough of capability of R&D, a low level of capability of new product design and the bad competition.This paper bring forward an network design platform planning faced the representative industry base on requirement analysis and the shortages of the industrial cluster mode industry, which enhances the cooperative design capability, increases the communion between the companies and the scientific research departments and the customers, and improves the R&D capability and technical content in new products. The paper’s main content includes some aspects as below.1. To study and analysis the main object and content of the network design platform. Base on the industrial cluster mode of bicycle industry, to bring forward a network design platform of bicycle in order to product innovation and resource share. And to design the system function frame and the data model of the platform.2. To study and analyses the key technologies used in the platform, for example: mode and ways of collaborative design, design model base on analysis of mass customization and the production family, the basic elements and data module of workflow management.3. To design network design platform of bicycle industry, and expatiate main function and the methods of design.
