大型结构物滑移装船过程仿真研究

【摘要】 大型结构物滑移装船技术是海洋石油工程的关键技术,该技术取代传统的浮吊施工方法,通过绞车将平台组块和导管架等大型结构物沿导轨牵引到驳船上,在此过程中实时监测驳船承受载荷和潮汐的变化,动态调整驳船水舱的水量来控制驳船处于作业所需的浮态和稳性。目前针对滑移装船过程的控制原理和相关技术的研究还不够深入,如何对结构物滑移装船作业过程进行更加合理有效的控制,从而提高作业的可靠性和效率,是当前急需解决的问题。文中针对大型结构物滑移装船的特点,对滑移装船过程中不同阶段的驳船载荷、浮态和稳性的变化、潮汐以及其它相关因素的影响进行了分析,通过对滑移装船压载水调载和关键技术的研究,结合可视化技术搭建仿真平台,实现了滑移装船作业过程的可视化仿真,直观地再现了大型结构物滑移装船的动态过程,本文主要的研究内容包括:1.通过对大型结构物滑移装船作业过程、不同滑移装船作业形式以及相关环境因素对滑移装船过程影响的分析,研究了滑移装船过程中驳船稳性、浮态的变化和规律。2.根据大型结构物滑移装船过程中载荷变化以及船舶静力学理论,建立滑移装船压载水调载模型,并对滑移装船过程中压载水的调节过程进行了优化分析,建立优化模型。3.依据大型结构物滑移装船作业控制以及各系统工作机理的分析,采用面向对象的开发方式编制了计算机仿真程序,模拟滑移装船过程中驳船稳性、浮态的动态变化及压载水的调控过程。4.采用OpenGL技术建立大型结构物滑移装船过程可视化仿真环境,直观清楚地展现滑移装船过程中各系统的动态时空变化关系,实现了大型结构物滑移装船仿真过程的可视化。
【Abstract】 Slippage shipment technology of the large structure is key technology of marine petroleum engineering, replace traditional floating crane, pull large structure including platform chunking and jacket to barge across guide way with winch, during process adjust water volume of water chamber of barge in order to make buoyant and stability of barge be in range operation needed according to real-time monitor variation of load and tide. At the present studying of correlation technique and control mechanism isn’t thorough. It was burning question that how to control operation of slippage shipment reasonably and improve reliable and efficient.According to character of slippage shipment of the large structure, analyze load status of barge,variation of buoyant and stability, tide ,another correlative factor’s influence during different stage of slippage shipment. Through studying of modeling of ballast water adjustment of slippage shipment process and key technology, combining with visualization technology to build simulation platform, implement visualization simulation of operation of slippage shipment .The main research of this paper can be include as follows:1. Through researching of slippkage shipment process of of the large structure、different operation style of slippkage shipment and correlative environment factors that influences slippage shipment, based on ship statics theory, analyze buoyant and stability of barge during slippage shipment .2. Based on analysis of load variance of slippage shipment process and ship statics theory build adjusting control model of ballast water . And through optimality analysis of adjust of ballast water during process of slippage shipment, build optimizing model.3. According to analyzing of slippage shipment operation process and working mechanism of system , use object-oriented development method to program computer simulation program, imitate dynamic variation of stability and buoyant、adjustment process of ballast water of barge.4. Using OpenGL to build visualization simulation environment of slippage shipment of the large structure, emerge temporal and spatial variation of every system distinctly during dynamic process of slippage shipment, implement visualization of simulation process of slippage shipment of the large structure.
