多杆内燃机柔性体优化分析

【摘要】 在内燃机的所有“可变”技术中,尽管可变压缩比技术难度大,但由于它对提高内燃机循环热效率和改善内燃机性能比其它技术更有效,因此近年来世界各大汽车公司和著名研究机构竟相推出自己的方案,可变压缩比技术已成该领域研究前沿的重大课题,其中多连杆可变压缩比技术尤为受世人瞩目。本课题正是在上述技术发展的背景下,对一种新型多连杆机构在内燃机上的应用进行了可行性研究。本文运用理论分析、数值计算与先进的计算机动态仿真和显示技术相结合的方法,研究新型多杆机构内燃机的机构学规律,探索新机构的最优化设计及其在传统活塞式内燃机上实现的途径。结合三维CAD软件PRO/E的建模功能和仿真软件ADAMS的动态仿真功能,我们可以在准确建模的情况下模拟仿真虚拟内燃机的运动过程,并从中得到新型内燃机的运动学的各种数据参数和动力学的各种数据参数。根据虚拟仿真计算出来的各种运动学和动力学数据,我们可以对多连杆机构进行结构设计和优化,以便获得我们需要的结构模型。同时,ADAMS的动力学仿真结果可以作为杆件有限元分析的边界条件,这样能更准确的分析杆件的变形情况。最后我们完成零件的加工和新型内燃机的装配,然后对试验机进行试验,以验证新型机构关键参数对整机性能的影响并探索其性能提高的机理。
【Abstract】 Although it is rather hard to realize the technology of variable compression ration among all variable technology, it is more efficient than other technologies to improve the circular thermal efficiency and performance of internal combustion engine. Therefore, in recent years, mobile companies and famous institutions in the world have rolled out their own projects, and technology of variable compression ration has become the major subject, among which technology of variable compression ration of multi-connected rods has caught world eyes.In my project, with the development of the technology, we did a feasible research on application of a new style of multi-connected rods working on the internal compression engine. By the methods of integration of theoretic analysis, numerical value calculation and advanced computer dynamic emulation and display technology, we studied the organic rule of new style internal compression engine with multi-rod organ, and explored optimizing projects and its approach which was realized on the traditional piston ones. Connecting the functions of modeling of PRO/E software of 3-D CAD and movement process of emulated engines, we can simulate movement process of emulated engines on the condition that modeling is exact. Then we can reach all kinds of data parameter of kinematics and dynamics of new style internal compression engines. According to data of kinematics and dynamics calculated by simulated emulator, multi-rod machine was made organic design and optimization to achieve the needed model.We can obtain all kinds of kinematics and dynamic data from using the PRO/E and ADAMS. According these data we can design the connecting rods and also we can use these data as limit condition to do finite elements analysis. Meanwhile, the emulated result of dynamics of ADAMS could to regard as frontier of finite analysis, which distortions of rods and parts could be more accurately and sized. Finally, when we finished process of parts and assemble of new style internal compression engines, we should test pilot engines to validate effect of key parameter of new style organ to the performance of the whole machine and discover its improved mechanism.
