FAI电喷系统便携式诊断仪及远程诊断系统的研究

【摘要】 随着电子技术的发展,发动机电控技术日趋复杂,给传统的车辆维修带来了挑战,发动机故障诊断技术已经成为当今研究热点之一。本课题根据电喷摩托车开发和推广的需要,针对FAI电控燃油喷射系统开发了一套电控发动机专用诊断设备,包括一个便携式诊断仪和一套远程诊断系统。便携式诊断仪基于嵌入式系统开发,主要由主控制模块、显示模块、操作模块、通讯模块、调制解调模块及电话接口模块组成。诊断仪能够在现场诊断和远程诊断两种模式下工作。现场诊断时,诊断仪能够现场监测电控发动机的运转状况及ECU内部的工作参数;能够对ECU参数进行调整和设定;能够在怠速工况下对FAI电喷系统进行优化匹配。远程诊断时,便携式诊断仪与服务器端数据处理装置,以及公用电话网一起组成远程诊断系统。利用该远程诊断系统,诊断中心的诊断设备能够对终端客户的FAI电喷摩托车进行远程的数据监测及故障诊断。远程诊断系统运用传真通信原理,利用公用电话网PSTN实现数据传输。在进行传输数据时,需要在发送端对数字信号进行调制,转换成适合在公用电话网上传输的模拟信号;在接收端将模拟信号解调回原来的数字信号;远程诊断系统中使用了传真芯片R96DFX实现数字信号的调制解调。R96DFX芯片为半双工调制解调芯片,远程诊断系统通过分时复用实现数据的双向传输,诊断数据和控制命令的传输采用不同的传输速率。该远程诊断系统还具备语音模式的功能,可以实现诊断中心和客户之间的语音通话。便携式诊断仪和远程诊断系统方便了试验数据的收集、降低了维修成本,保障了售后服务;对于FAI电喷摩托车的开发和推广有着很重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Along with the development of electronic technology, the engine with electronic control system has become more and more complex. As a result, the maintenance and repair of the vehicle meet more difficulties. So, the engine diagnosis technology has become a hot research point. According to the need in the development of the electronic controlled motorcycle, a set of diagnosis instrument has been developed, including a portable diagnosis instrument and a set of remote diagnosis system.The portable diagnosis instrument is based on the embedded system, consisting of six parts: main control model, display model, operating model, communication model, modem model, and telephone interface model. The portable diagnosis instrument can be used for local diagnosis and remote diagnosis. In local diagnosis, the diagnosis instrument can monitor the condition of the engine, modify the ECU parameters, and optimize the engine management system under the idle condition. In remote diagnosis, the portable diagnosis instrument, the server device, together with the public switched telephone network makes up the remote diagnosis system.With the diagnosis system, the diagnosis center can monitor the FAI motorcycle of client and make a remote failure diagnosis. The remote diagnosis system uses the PSTN to transmit data based on the Fax theory. Before transmitting, the digital signal should be transformed into analog signal, which is suit for transmitting in PSTN. When received, the signal should be demodulated back to the orient signal. In the system, the Fax modem R96DFX is used. The system uses the different transmitting rate for data and order. Besides, the center can communicate with the client in voice using the system.With the portable diagnosis instrument and the remote diagnosis system, the collection of the experiment data become more convenient, and the service after market is improved. They are very useful for the development of the FAI motorcycle.
