【摘要】 以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央在党的十六届三中全会上提出了科学发展观,即坚持“以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展。”科学发展观是新时期我国各项建设事业的根本指导思想。本文对科学发展观产生的前提条件,即当代西方发展观和中国共产党人的发展观进行了深入剖析,从而归纳出科学发展观是如何继承和超越已有发展观的。并对科学发展观的内涵、理论基础、特征和创新点进行了深入的分析阐述。力求从多方位多角度加强对科学发展观的理解和认识。同时作者提出了落实科学发展观应该遵循的实践原则,并论述了科学发展观与建设社会主义和谐社会的关系,以及如何以科学发展观为指导建设社会主义和谐社会。更多还原

【Abstract】 Scientific development concept was put forward by the Central Part of Chinese Communist Party at the 3rd Session of the 16th Congress of the Communist Party of China, namely“persisting in human centered, setting up comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable development concept, and promoting economic, society and all-round human development.”Scientific development concept is the basic guiding ideology of every work in our county’s construction at new times. This paper analysed the prerequisite of scientific development concept, namely contemporary western development concept and Chinese Communist’s development concept, in-depth and conclude how the scientific development concept inherited and surmounted the old development concept. The meaning, theory foundation, characteristics, and the innovation of scientific development were analysed and expatiated thoroughly. Much effort has been devoted to the understanding of the scientific development concept from different aspects. At the same time the author put forword the principle followed by the scientific concept, and stated the relation between the scientific development concept and the harmonious society of socialism, as well as how to construct the harmonious society of socialism under the guildance of scientific development concept.更多还原
