UHMW-PE管材生产线智能监控系统的研究

【摘要】 自动控制系统就是用已经存在的零部件按照某种目的和要求,组合成一种或一套装置,去完成人工难以处理或人工不能可靠地、高速地、低损耗和低成本地完成的那些工作;然后对该种设备进行软件组态和编程,使这些设备变成机械手、机器人、或全自动化生产线等。 作为管材生产线适当延伸的智能监控系统,它的目标是监控和控制所有重要的参数,提高设备运行时的稳定性和可靠性。 本课题主要从实际应用的角度出发,解决实际中存在的问题。分析了管材的挤出工艺及原理,在此基础上,提出了管材挤出设备的控制思想及控制方案。 本系统是以可编程序控制器为主控单元,传感器为检测元件,VB6.0编制监控界面,交流变频调速器等执行器件组成相互关联的测控系统。对控制系统的几个关键技术进行了说明:用可编程序控制器对交流变频器进行控制,从而实现对传动系统中的多电机速度同步控制;上位机和可编程序控制器组成多点加热控制系统的结构、原理及控制思想。通过软件和硬件的设计分析展示了此测控系统在管自动化生产线上的应用优势。

【Abstract】 We can assemble equipment with some accessory which already existed according to some kind of goal and the request, Completing the work which cannot reliably, high speed, the low loss and the low cost be fullfiled; Then carries on the software configuration and the programming to this kind of equipment,we can also make these equipment turn to the manipulator, the robot, or the entire automatic production line and so on.Intelligent supervisory system suitably extends the tubing production line, its goal is monitoring and controlling all important parameters, enhancing the equipment to move the time stability and reliability.This topic mainly embarks from the practical application angle, resolve actual existing question. Analyzed the tube extruding craft and principle, in this foundation, proposed the control thought and control plan of the tube extruding equipment.This system is using the programmable controller as the master control unit, the sensor for examining part, VB6.0 programming the monitoring contact surface, Frequency governor as the execution component composite interdependence observation and control systems. We explain some key of the control system, with the programmable controller to control the frequency governor, thus realizes synchronization of the transmission system multi-electrical machinery speed control; Up machine and the programmable controller composes the multi-spots to heat up the control system the structure,the principle and the control thought, we demonstrate thes observation and control system on tube automatic production line application superiority through software and the hardware design analysis.
