【摘要】 质量在现代企业中占有越来越重要的地位,质量管理的研究和实践在世界范围内得到越来越高的重视。目前,遵循ISO9000标准建立质量管理体系并力求通过审核认证,以及以六西格玛理论为系统管理方法已成为很多企业追求的方向。在企业质量管理中,质量体系的运行流程得到很大的关注,各企业都努力根据自身特点建立符合实际情况的、高效的流程。但是,质量体系流程不是一成不变的,企业面临着内部各种因素的变异和波动以及外部环境的变化,企业需要不断控制或适应这些变化,因此,对质量体系流程进行系统的预防、控制、评价和改进(Preventing, Controlling, Evaluating, Improving,简称PCEI)就成了企业的重要课题,而国内外对这一课题还没有给予充分的重视,本文针对此课题进行了系统的研究。本文首先对流程特征进行了深入的分析,提出了流程运行曲线;其次建立了质量体系流程PCEI的框架模型,它是一个不断循环和改善的过程;然后以流程的基本要素为出发点对质量体系流程的PCEI理论进行了深入、详细的研究,系统地讨论了质量体系流程PCEI的技术和方法;最后,在前述研究的基础上进行了原型系统的开发。论文的主要研究内容如下:1)在对质量管理体系流程进行系统分析的基础上,研究质量管理体系流程PCEI技术的总体运行结构。2)研究QFD技术的拓展,用于确定流程中需重点采取预防措施的活动,并研究如何从流程的基本要素入手进行流程的预防。3)对SPC技术的应用进行研究,并讨论从流程的基本要素入手进行流程控制的方法。4)对流程的评价进行研究,讨论在此基础上如何进行质量体系流程的改进。5)研究原型系统的结构并进行原型系统的开发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Quality is more and more important in enterprises, and the research and application of quality management rise throughout the world. At present, establishing quality management system following ISO9000 and striving to pass the auditing and taking the Six Sigma Theory as the method of quality management have become the goal that many enterprises pursuit. In quality management, the quality system running processes are emphasized greatly, and each enterprise tries its best to establish practical and high effective processes according to its own character. However, enterprises are confronted with the variations and fluctuations of various internal factors and the change of their external circumstances. Quality system processes are not invariable and they must be adapted to or control these internal and external changes. Thus preventing, controlling, evaluating and improving (PCEI) quality management system processes systematically becomes an important item of enterprises, whereas this item is not attached importance to domestically and abroad yet. In this paper the item is researched systematically.Firstly, the character of process is analyzed deeply in this paper, and the process running curve is brought forward. Secondly, the framework model of PCEI for quality system process which is a continuously cycled and improved process is established. Thirdly, the techniques and methods of PCEI for quality system process are discussed systematically after researching the theory of PCEI for quality system process detailedly and deeply based on the basic factors of process. Finally, the prototype system is developed based on above research. The main content researched in this paper include following aspects.1) Based on the systematic analysis of the process of quality management system, the whole running configuration of PCEI techniques of quality management system process is researched.2) The method of extending QFD is researched, which can be used to determine the actions of a process that need taking prevention measures, and the issue how to prevent based on the basic factors of a process is researched.3) The application of SPC is researched, and the method of process controlling based on the factors of process is discussed.4) The evaluation of process is researched, then the issue that how to improve a process is discussed.更多还原
