【摘要】 现场是企业各项专业管理的落脚点和基础管理的集中地,现场管理是企业的专项综合治理。企业要提高利润、提升自身形象以及提高管理水平,必须从现场管理入手。因此,目前有越来越多的企业都意识到了现场管理的重要性,从而使他们将目光重新聚焦于现场。但是,绝大多数企业在推行现场管理的时候,基本上都是从专业管理或要素管理这一功能应用层的角度入手,无法使现场得到彻底的、全面的、系统的提高和改善。本文在充分借鉴国内外先进、科学的现场管理理论和经验的基础上,特别是在2000版ISO9000质量管理体系理论的基础上,针对我国现场管理研究与应用的现状,提出了现场管理体系这一概念。然后基于现场管理体系过程模式,对现场管理体系所涉及到的关键技术进行了阐述和论述。本文主要研究了以下内容:①全面审视了现场管理的内涵;分析了国内外研究现状以及存在的问题,提出了现场管理体系的概念。②详细分析了现场管理体系的内涵;论述了现场管理体系的理论基础。③详细地分析了现场管理体系的策划与建立过程,包括现场管理体系要素分析、现场管理体系目标设定与分解、现场管理体系目标架构、现场管理体系总体结构、现场管理文件体系的建立等关键技术。④详细地讨论了现场管理体系的运行及运行控制过程,包括现场管理体系运行、现场数据收集及其工具设计、现场综合考评体系的设计等关键技术。⑤深入研究了现场管理的综合评价过程,包括现场管理体系综合评价指标体系的设计、现场管理体系模糊综合评价等关键技术。⑥详细地讨论了现场管理体系的持续改进过程,包括现场管理知识库体系的建立与实施、现场管理持续改进体系的建立与完善等关键技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fieldwork is the centered place of specialized management and basic management, and fieldwork management is enterprise’s special comprehensive management. If we want to increase enterprise’s profit, promote enterprise image (or corporate image), and improve enterprise’s management level, we must start with fieldwork management. Because of this, more and more enterprises have realized the importance of fieldwork management, thus make them focus on fieldwork again. However, most enterprises focus on the functional application layer such as specialized management and element management when they carry out fieldwork management, which is unable to make the fieldwork get complete, deep, and systematical improvement.To the current situation of fieldwork management research and application, this dissertation puts forward fieldwork management system innovatively on the basis of the advanced, scientific fieldwork management theories and experiences home and abroad, especially on ISO9000:2000 quality management system theories. Then, based on fieldwork management systems’process mode, the article goes detailed explanations and discussions along with the key technologies of fieldwork management system.The contents the paper focuses on are as following:①analyzes the present research situation of fieldwork management in both domestic and foreign enterprises, according to the modern enterprise need to the fieldwork management; the dissertation proposes the thought of fieldwork management system (FMS);②introduces the FMS’related concept, and introduces FMS’s theory framework in detail;③analyzes FMS’s planning and foundation, including FMS factors analyses, goal-setting and division, goal framework, whole structure, documental system, etc.④analyzes FMS’s operation and operation control, including fieldwork data collecting, the design of the fieldwork comprehensive audit and evaluation system, etc.⑤analyzes FMS’s comprehensive evaluation, including the choice of FMS’s comprehensive evaluation methods, comprehensive evaluation index system , fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, etc.⑥analyzes FMS’s continuous improvement, including the construct and implement of fieldwork management’s knowledge base system, the construct of更多还原
