【摘要】 滚装船运输是长江沿线水运发展的一个新亮点,是最近两年水路发展的新生事物,本系统也是重庆市第一个滚装船运输管理信息系统,目前交通部也没有针对滚装船的专门系统,所以本系统是国内首家由主管部门按市场经济和行业监管的要求筹备开发的系统。通过《汽车滚装船运输管理信息系统》的研发,可以高效和有效的管理我市滚装运输市场,真正实现行业监管的规范性和市场调控的有效性和效率,保障市场的公开性、公平性和有序性。汽车滚装船运输管理信息系统主要功能如下:1.车辆登记:主要对要被运输的车辆和车辆中的随车人员进行登记,以便安排运输,同时登记运输货物及去向,便于统计;2.轮船进港登记登记进港车数、人数信息,自动计算应提费用;3.船期计划:安排滚装船航班时间;4.离港登记:登记已离港的船只;5.售票管理:按先到先走的原则对已登记的车辆进行售票;6.基础数据设置:设置系统使用的如航线、轮船、价格等基础信息;7.系统管理:维护系统用户、单位、权限等信息对共享信息只能由市港航局进行维护,其它滚装码头只能进行使用。各滚装码头也只能进行自己的业务操作。汽车滚装运输管理信息系统为郭家沱、万州、涪陵三个滚装船码头提供集成的业务管理,各个码头共享公共资源,独立维护私有资源,并且各自业务独立。最大限度减少投入成本,而且满足市港航局集中管理、统计、监控的需求。本系统在技术上采用Struts框架技术,使系统易于维护、且具有高稳定性和可扩展性。系统选择了IBM WebSphere 5.1作为J2EE应用服务器,提供稳定,高效、安全的Web服务。数据库管理系统采用IBM DB2 8.1,保证数据的安全稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transportation of Ro-Ro ship for vehicle is a new thing of water carriage along the Changjiang River ,it is developed in recent years.Our system is the fisrt system of Ro-Ro ship transportation for vehicle in Chongqing,at present,the MOC have not built such a system for the Ro-Ro ship,so this system is the first system that built by the directing management department. By the R&D of the Ro-Ro Ship for Vehicle Transportation Management Information System,we can manage the market of Ro-Ro ship more efficiently, ensure the publicity、justice and order for the market.the main function of the Ro-Ro Ship for Vehicle Transportation Management Information System is:1.vehicle registration: Registration for the vehicle and the person with it;2.ship in port registration: Registration for the ship in port,vehicle in port and person in port,computing the fare for the ship;3.ship plan: make the plan for the ship to leave the port;4.out port registration: Registration for the ship out port;5.ticket management sell the tickets by first in first out;6.basic data management set the basic data for the system,eg. lane、ship、price etc;7.system management maintenance the information about user、company、right.The Harbor and Shipping Administration Bureau of Chongqing City control the sharing information,the other docks only use these information.Each dock can only handle the system for itself.The system provide an integrated operation for the three docks,Guojiatuo、Wanzhou and Fuling.Each dock can use the sharing resources and maintenance their own information independently,this can farthest reduce the cost,and satisfy the request of management、stat. and monitor for the Bureau.更多还原
