【摘要】 随着生命科学研究和生物技术创新的一系列重大突破和应用,世界范围内正在孕育一场具有划时代意义的生物科技革命和产业革命,生物技术产业必将成为21世纪的主导产业。生物科技革命和产业革命将为中国坚持科学发展观,全面建设小康社会、和谐社会,实施循环经济、走新型工业化道路,实现经济社会协调可持续发展和中华民族伟大复兴提供强有力的技术和产业支撑。提升生物技术产业国际竞争力、抢占生物经济时代制高点、保障国家生物安全,己经成为世界各国和地区,特别是大国经济社会发展的战略重点。目前,重庆市生物技术产业发展进入了新的阶段,对重庆市的经济建设和社会全面协调发展的重要支撑作用日益彰显。但是,由于产业结构、政策措施等原因,重庆市生物技术产业竞争力不强。因此,如何利用竞争力理论对重庆市生物技术产业进行科学的评价,借鉴发达国家和地区的先进经验与措施,并结合重庆市的实际情况提出有效的战略措施,对重庆市的生物技术产业竞争力的提升、国家生物产业基地的建立和发展以及重庆市经济社会发展有着重要的现实意义。本文的研究主要运用产业竞争力理论和产业组织理论等对重庆市生物技术产业发展的现状、存在的主要问题进行了深入系统的分析。在对发达国家或地区生物技术产业发展的模式与经验比较的基础上,综合运用文献资料、实地调查、统计分析、数据分析、比较分析等方法,提出提升重庆市生物技术产业竞争力的战略措施,力图为重庆市生物技术产业发展提供新思路,为重庆市经济、社会与生态的可持续发展服务。本文的研究遵循从理论到实践、从一般到特殊的过程。全文共分七章。论文各部分的主要内容分述如下:第一章:导论。本章提出了本课题研究的背景、国内外的研究现状和存在的不足,并阐明本课题研究的目的和意义,以及论文的研究思路、技术路线和研究方法。第二章:生物技术产业竞争力研究的基本理论。本章首先对生物技术、生物技术产业及其特征、竞争力等进行了系统论述;其次,对国内外关于生物技术产业竞争力理论进行了理论综述,为本文的研究奠定了理论基础。第三章:国内外生物技术产业发展现状与模式分析。通过分析,总结出发达国家可以借鉴的先进经验,为本文的研究提供较全面的经验支撑。第四章:重庆市生物技术产业发展现状与存在的主要问题分析。通过分析,更多还原
