用于倍频蓝光的窄线宽半导体激光器及其控温电路的设计

【摘要】 本论文内容是研制了用于倍频蓝紫光的单模稳频,可调谐的窄线宽光栅外腔半导体激光器(846nm),设计并实现半导体激光器的控温电路。波长为423nm的激光在钙原子光频标中有着重要的应用,目前为止,获得423nm激光的手段只有通过倍频846nm的红外激光。846nm半导体激光器由激光器底板、激光管组件、准直透镜组件和光栅组件四部分组成。经过精密控制电流和温度,利用光栅反馈可以使激光具有单纵模输出,外腔的引入还使输出光的谱线宽度得以充分压窄。在对研制的半导体激光器的特性进行测试中,发现其单模输出功率稳定,阈值变小,波长可调谐,谱线宽度为1MHz左右。在精密控温电路中,主要采用了PID这种控制工程中技术成熟和应用广泛的方案,并且采用了齐格勒——尼柯尔斯整定规则对PID电路参数进行了设定,最终从理论上和实践上实现了对半导体激光器大范围,快速响应和高稳定性的温度控制,保证了温度控制的准确性。本文将在正文部分对以上设计的原理、过程、电路图、实验数据及其结果做详细的分析、推导、记录和必要说明,望审阅及阅读本论文的老师和同学提出宝贵意见。其中图46幅,表9个,参考文献24篇。
【Abstract】 A single narrow line width tunable external cavity feedback semiconductor used in frequency doubling blue light is proposed. It is constructed with laser base, laser tube, collimation system, and optical grating. Via the current and temperature control, It is selected the mode of semiconductor laser used in the feedback of grating. The structure of external cavity makes the spectral line width of output light to be narrowed. Thus a single longitudinal mode, narrow spectral line width and stable frequency external cavity semiconductor laser is realized, and its spectral line width is compressed to be less than 1MHz. Precision temperature control circuit use PID control and Ziegler-Nichols setting regulation to set the PID circuit parameters. Finally it realize the temperature control of long-range、fast-response and high-stability to semiconductor laser, assure the veracity of temperature control, minish the error.
