【摘要】 随着我国加入WTO，国际经济一体化对中药产业提出了现代化、国际化的要求，而中药国际化的关键在于中药的质量评价体系科学化。在寻求综合评价中药质量的过程中，指纹图谱受到了越来越多的重视，它的应用被认为是中药质量控制走上现代化的标志，因为它提供的有关质量的综合信息比单一成分的含量要丰富得多。用中药质量化学模式识别方法，可以用来建立客观整体和多指标的综合评价中药质量体系，将对中药的规范化、产业化和国际化具有指导意义。 车前草(Plantago asiatica L．)，平车前(Plantago depressa Willd．)，北美车前草(Plantago virginica．)为车前科车前属多年生草本植物。车前草产于全国各地，平车前主产于东北、华北及西北等地，为常用中药；而北美车前草原产于北美，现广布世界温暖地区，在我国主要分布在东部地区，是一种外来的杂草。中医认为，车前草性味甘、寒，入肾、肝、肺经，有利水通淋，利湿止泻，清肝明目，清肺化痰之功，车前草中主要有效成分为桃叶珊瑚甙、熊果酸、齐墩果酸。 本研究以采自3个不同时期，12个不同产地的车前草为材料，采用固相微萃取法提取了不同品种车前草发性成分，利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发性成分进行了分析；利用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪，测定了不同部位，不同品种，不同产地的红外谱图，并结合统计学进行了详细的研究。主要工作有： 1．采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SMPE)并应用GC／MS联用技术分析了车前草及北美车前草中所含挥发性成分，用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。分别鉴定出其中的69种和66种化合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 After entering WTO, international economy incorporation bring forward a demand of modernization and internationalization to industry of Traditional Chinese Medicine, however, the key of internationalization to Chinese traditional medicine industry was the scientization of quality appreciation system. While looking for the Chinese traditional medicine quality appreciation system, more and more importance was attached to fingerprinting; its application was deemed to the sign of Chinese traditional medicine quality appreciation system coming to modernization, for it could offer more and more integrated information on quality than single component. The chemical pattern recognition method of Chinese traditional medicine could set up the Chinese traditional medicine quality appreciation system which was impersonal, holistic and had more indexes; this had instructional significance to standardization, industrialization and internationalization of Chinese traditional medicine.Plantago asiatica L, Plantago depressa Willd, Plantago virginica all belongs to Plantago spp, Plantaginaceae. Plantago asiatica L grows at all of our country, Plantago depressa Willd mainly grows at northeast, north china and northwest, Plantago virginica originally grown at north America, now distributes all of the world, in our country mainly grows at east district. Herbalist doctor think that plantain is sweet in flavour, cold in property, acting on the kidney, liver and lung channels, have effects in inducing diuresis to treat stranguria, excreting dampness to arrest diarrhea, clearing heart from the liver to improve the acuity of vision, clearing away heat in the lung to resolve phlegm.
