聚苯胺/聚吡咯—尖晶石铁氧体纳米复合物的制备、表征和电磁性质研究

【摘要】 有机-无机纳米复合材料因其兼具有机聚合物和无机材料的优良特性,并且可以在力学、光学、电学和磁学等方面赋予材料许多优异的特性,已成为当今高分子化学、物理化学、有机化学和材料科学等多学科交叉的前沿领域。聚苯胺/聚吡咯由于合成容易、化学性能稳定及导电率可调等特点,引起了人们广泛的研究兴趣,导电聚合物纳米复合材料成为有机-无机纳米复合材料领域的研究热点之一。近年来,具有磁行为导电聚合物和含有导电聚合物的磁性纳米微粒的合成已引起了人们极大的关注。 本文在盐酸水溶液中以盐酸为掺杂剂,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,通过原位溶液聚合反应制备了不同聚苯胺含量的、具有导电和导磁性质的聚苯胺.锂镍镧铁氧体纳米复合物。在CTAB/环己烷/正戊醇/水(W/O)反相微乳液体系中以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,盐酸为掺杂剂,合成了不同聚苯胺/聚吡咯含量的、具有导电和导磁性质的聚苯胺/聚吡咯-锌铜铬镧铁氧体纳米复合物。 利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外.可见光谱(UV-Vis)和X-射线衍射(XRD)表征样品的结构;用原子力显微镜(AFM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观测样品的粒径和微观形貌;用热分析仪(TGA)测试样品的热稳定性能。XRD分析揭示了纳米复合物是由导电聚合物和铁氧体纳米粒子组成的复合体系,铁氧体的
【Abstract】 Organic-inorganic nanocomposites have received great research attention across the fields of polymeric chemistry, physical chemistry, organic chemistry and materials chemistry, because they combine the merits of the inorganic materials and the organic polymers, exhibiting the good mechanical, optical, electrical, magnetic properties. Polyaniline (PANI)/polypyrrole (PPY) have been extensively studied due to their adjustable conductivity, good environment stability and relatively easy preparation. Conducting polymer nanocomposites have become active in the field of organic-inorganic nanocomposites. In recent years, the synthesis of conducting polymer with magnetic behavior and magnetic nanoparticles containing conducting polymer have attracted significant attention.In this article, the conducting and magnetic PANI-LiNiLa ferrite nanocomposites with different PANI content were synthesized by in-situ aqueous polymerization using hydrochloric acid as dopant, ammonium peroxydisulfate as oxidant.
