面向矿井配电网辅助设计的图形技术研究

【摘要】 计算机辅助设计(Computer aided design,CAD)技术为设计人员提供了快速、有效的工具和手段,能够加快和优化设计过程并达到最佳设计效果。它可以使工程设计人员摆脱繁重的设计计算和绘图工作。虽然当前计算机辅助设计技术在许多行业得到了广泛的应用,但是在矿井的配电网辅助设计方面的应用并不广泛。本文探讨并构建了矿井的井下配电网辅助设计系统的图形子系统。本文首先对整个辅助设计系统的体系结构进行了分析,确定了图形子系统在其中的作用和地位。本文对图形系统的功能进行了架构,将图形系统的功能分为图形数据预处理、图形编辑、图形显示、图形存取、和辅助功能五部分。然后,结合矿井配电网设计的实际情况设计了图形系统的数据模型和存储模式。在数据模型中将图形系统数据分为空间特征数据和电气属性数据。由于系统数据包括设备类型数据和具体设备对象的数据两大类,所以该系统使用混合存储模式作为系统的存储模式,将设备对象的空间数据和设备对象的属性数据采用文件方式来存储,而将设备类型的属性数据采用数据库存储管理。为了解决系统版本升级后文档格式的兼容问题,本文设计了版本控制技术,使系统升级后可以使用新版本的系统打开使用旧版本系统生成的图纸文档并进行编辑和相关操作。设备捕捉技术的实现为绘制电网设备时的设备之间的连接提供了方便,有效的减少了电网设备之间的虚连接错误,保证了电网图的设备连通性和拓扑关系。移动电网图中的设备将改变设备之间的拓扑关系,为了保证在对电网图中的选中设备进行移动的同时,维持原来电网图的拓扑关系,本文设计了拓扑移动技术并给出了相应的实现算法。本着模块独立,降低系统耦合性的原则,本文使用模块化的设计思想将图形系统划分为五个基本模块,并进行了详细的设计。

【Abstract】 The CAD technology provides the fast and effective way to the developers. It can accelerate and optimize the design process and make it to be the best effect. It can keep developers out of the burdensome computing and drawing work. Although the CAD technology has been used in many aspects, it is hardly spread in the designing of power distribute network under mine.This paper discusses and builds the graphic module of CAD system of power distribution network under mine. It first gives an analysis of the framework of the whole system and confirms the function and station of the graphic module. This paper builds the function framework. It separates the function of the graphic module into five parts, including data-pretreatment function, graphic-editing function, graphic-viewing function, graphic-I/O function and assistant function. Then it designs the data-organizing module and data-storing pattern adapted to this CAD based on the practical need. In the data-organizing module, the data is divided dimensional characteristic data and electric property data. Since the data of the system includes the data of the device object and the data of the device type, this system applies the mixed data-storing pattern. The data of the device object is saved into document files and the data of the device type is saved into database. In order to ensure the system of new version can open the documents created by the system of old version, this paper design the version-control technology. The device-snap technology provides the convenience of connecting the devices while drawing the blueprinting. It reduces mistakes of weak connecting and ensures the topological relation of the blueprint. Moving devices will change the topological relation of devices, In order to keep the original topological relation after moving devices, this paper designs the topology-move technology and gives the arithmetic. In order to keep the modules independent, this paper separates the graphic system into five modules based on the thinking of Object-orient and modularization. And it makes a detail discussion of every module.
