【摘要】 体育作为最广泛的社会文化现象之一,在当今世界倍受推崇。它作为一种生活方式,一种教育方式,一种生产方式,一种艺术形式所体现出的社会功能;在启动消费、拉动经济增长方面的经济功能以及强身健体的基本功能越来越明显。体育场馆资源是体育事业发展的重要物质保障,是发展体育的硬件条件。它反映时代文明和科技成果,体现城市的昌盛繁荣,既是优秀体育健儿展现运动才华的舞台,也是社会各界强身健体、共享欢乐的活动中心,还是大型群众集会、文化交流与经贸展示的最佳场所。因此,体育场馆建设状况,在一定意义上反映出城市的现代化水平,直接关系到体育事业的持续发展;尤其是《全民健身计划纲要》的颁布实施,极大地刺激了全民参与体育的热情,也为体育场馆资源的开发利用提出了新的课题。现阶段我国体育场馆资源最大的特点就是短缺和浪费并存,在人们普遍缺乏锻炼场所的同时,大量现有场馆却闲置和封闭。因此,在国家和社会投资无法大幅度增加,体育场馆资源不可能迅速增加的情况下,对现有场馆资源的合理利用就成为影响体育事业发展的重要因素。本研究以湖北省为研究区域,通过文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法,并借助全国第五次体育场地普查湖北省的数据库分析湖北省体育场馆资源现状,通过调查研究找出当前湖北省体育场馆资源现状中存在的最紧迫的问题,并在科学论证和理论研究的基础上提出解决问题的建议及充分开发利用场馆资源的运营举措。从而探索出一条湖北省体育场馆资源合理开发利用的途径。缓冲大众对体育的需求与场馆不足的矛盾,为湖北省体育规划和体育经更多还原

【Abstract】 Sport is welcomed in anywhere of the world as one of the most comprehensive social cultural phenomenon. The function on prompting consumption, fueling economic growth and body-building is so great obvious according to the way of life, education, production and art.The resource of sports stadiums is the important basic foundation and hardware of the development of sport, which reflects the achievements of modern sciences and technologies and prosperity of a city .It is a centre and stage where athletes can show their sports abilities and people can enjoy themselves or make the masses gathering. Culture communications and commercial exhibitions are also held in sports stadiums. So the constructions of sports stadiums reflect a level of modernization of a city, which the development will bring the great impact on the reform of the sports. People are so favorite in body-building after the practice of outline of the nationwide body-building, which brings the new subjects on the development and the use of the resource of the sports stadiums. The coexisting of lack and wasting is the current phenomenon about nationwide resource of the sports stadiums.
