【摘要】 先进制造技术是现代制造型企业在市场竞争中获取竞争优势的重要手段,但是在同样的大量生产方式下,不同行业对于各种先进制造技术的选择倾向必然有所差异。能否在大量的先进制造技术中选择适合自身的部分,从而让企业真正能够站在战略性的角度,正确选择,并通过这部分先进制造技术的实施而获取竞争优势,赢得更高的效益,是被企业界、学术界所关注的问题。本文在回顾制造战略和技术管理相关文献的基础上,在分析大量生产模式各方面特点的前提下,选取了国民经济中最重要的两大制造行业——机械行业和电子行业作为研究对象,针对他们的行业特点、产品特性、技术特征等因素进行全面的分析,得出了两个行业技术选择的差异性。并应用国际制造战略调查项目(International Manufacturing Strategy Survey)的相关数据对文章的结果进行验证。本文主要从以下几方面进行了研究:首先对于制造战略、企业技术环境要素、先进制造技术的基本问题和要素进行了阐述和回顾,作为文章研究的理论基础和依据;其次对于本文研究的背景——大量生产模式的特征和技术发展进行了总结和分析,为后文研究具体行业作为铺垫;然后对于研究对象——机械行业和电子行业的特点、发展和技术特性进行剖析和比较,从而得出两个行业技术选择的差异性。在文章的最后,利用国际制造战略调查项目(International Manufacturing Strategy Survey)的相关数据的分析结果,作为行业技术选择差异性的佐证,最终得出本文的结论,提出大量生产模式下机械制造行业和电子制造行业在先进制造技术选择方面的差异性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The selection of Advanced Manufacturing Technology is an important resort for modern manufacture enterprise to capture competitive advantage, but in the same way of mass-produce, different industries’selections of various Advanced Manufacturing Technology are surely sort of different. Whether an enterprise can find a suitable technique for themselves so that they can strategically seize competitive advantage, gain higher profits is widely concerned about by enterprises and academia. In this paper on the basis of reviewing of manufacture tactics and technique management literatures, under the precondition of analyzing characteristics of mass-produce models, we choose the most two important manufacture industry in national economy-----mechanism industry and electronical industry------as our research object. According to analysis of their industry characteristics, product characteristic, technique characteristic and so on, we get the difference of technique selections of two industries. We also use the data of International Manufacturing Strategy Survey to test the results.In this paper, we mainly study those aspects: firstly we expatiate on and review manufacture strategy, enterprise technique environmental element, and make it to be the theoretical basis for my study. Secondly, we summarise and analyse the study background of this paper----characteristics of mass-produce mode and technique development, consequently we get the difference of technique selections of two industries. In the last part of this paper, we use the data of International Manufacturing Strategy Survey testing results as the proof of selection differences of different industry, then we get the final conclusion of this paper.更多还原
