基于USB2.0的系统辨识机研究

【摘要】 通用串行总线USB2.0的发展为虚拟仪器总线提供了一种新的选择。随着科学技术的快速发展,各行各业对系统辨识的需求越来越广泛。本文针对这些需求开发了一种基于USB2.0虚拟仪器的系统辨识机,以独特的开发思路和方法,为系统辨识的实现提供了一种新的途径,也将USB2.0的应用范围拓展到了虚拟仪器与自动测试领域。基于提高本文所开发的虚拟仪器的通用性和灵活性的考虑,首先建立了一个基于USB2.0的通用接口控制平台,包括一组通用的硬件电路、固件程序、系统设备驱动程序和虚拟仪器接口函数库,可以为各种虚拟仪器设备的开发提供了一种十分方便、快捷的实用工具。借助这个开发工具,根据系统辨识机的实际需要,专门设计开发了信号源设备和数据采集设备两种基于USB2.0的虚拟仪器设备,并根据系统辨识机的要求解决了这两种设备同步工作的问题。鉴于线性差分方程模型在系统辨识领域中的重要地位,本文选用该模型以基本最小二乘、广义最小二乘和增广最小二乘的算法为基础,并考虑噪声和模型结构的影响,充分利用了通用计算机强大的计算分析、图形显示、文件管理、人机交互等功能,完成了系统辨识机的应用软件开发。系统辨识机的软硬件开发完成后,从数学仿真过程和实物辨识试验过程两个方面应用系统辨识机进行了辨识实验,实验结果表明,系统辨识机能够对线性系统进行有效的辨识,可望成为一种实用的测试设备。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, USB2.0 provides a new choice for the bus of virtual instruments. Meanwhile, developments in science and technology bring about more and more extensive requirements for system identification. Against such a background, this paper proposes and implements a kind of system identification machine based on USB2.0 virtual instrument using a novel approach, extending the application of USB2.0 to the areas of virtual instrument and automatic test.Aiming at the universality and flexibility of the system, this paper first establishes a USB2.0-based universal interface platform consisting of a set of universal hardware, firmware, device drivers and interface library, which provides a set of powerful and convenient development utilities. Based on these utilities, this paper then designs two USB2.0-based virtual instruments, namely, a signal generator and a data acquisition device, and resolves the issue of the synchronization between the two devices according to the requirement of system identification. The linear difference equation model and the algorithm of LS, GLS and ELS are selected for the system and the influence of noise and configuration to the system is considered. Finally, this paper develops the application software of the system identification machine making full use of the PC’s powerful functions in computing, displaying and human interfacing.Finishing the hardware and software of the system identification machine, this paper conducts mathematical simulations and physical experiments of the process of identification using the developed system identification machine. The results show that the system identification machine works effectively on linear systems and is expected to become a practical testing instrument.
