半刚性连接空间钢框架静动力分析

Static and Danamic Analysis of Space Steel Frames with Semi-Rigid Connections

【摘要】 半刚性连接钢框架是指框架梁柱节点的转动刚度不能达到理想刚接的要求,但是可以传递部分弯矩的一种特殊结构型式。自从1917年Illinois大学的Young首先用试验的方法测定梁柱连接的刚度以来,国内外的学者做了大量半刚性连接试验,形成了一些有参考价值的连接数据库,同时在试验研究的基础上做了理论研究,得出了连接的初始刚度和极限抗弯承载力的计算方法。因而本文应用分析模型对给定几何尺寸的双腹板角钢连接、顶底角钢连接和带双腹板角钢的顶底角钢连接3种连接型式计算出连接的初始刚度和极限抗弯承载力,进而得到连接的弯矩—转角关系曲线。文中利用有限元软件ANSYS分别建立了12个层数为2层、6层和10层空间框架结构模型,梁与柱分别采用刚性连接、带双腹板角钢的顶底角钢连接、顶底角钢连接和双腹板角钢连接的。在风荷载作用下结构的侧移进行了计算,分析了层数以及连接相对刚度对结构的顶层最大位移和层间相对位移的影响;对其进行了模态分析,得到了每个结构的前3阶振型,比较了不同连接结构自振周期的变化情况;按照抗震规范8度罕遇地震作用的要求,将El centro波、迁安波以及Taft波三个地面运动加速度分别输入到模型中,分析了层数、连接相对刚度以及不同地震波对于框架结构楼层位移和层间位移角的影响。同时对刚性连接和半刚性连接框架柱的剪力变化情况进行了对比分析。文中所得到的研究成果对半刚性连接空间钢框架的工作性能进一步研究和采用上述三种梁柱连接型式的框架结构设计提供了参考。

【Abstract】 The semi-rigid connection frame means that the rigidity of connection is not so rigid that it can transfer partially moment to column. Since Young performed the first experiment to estimate the rigidity of steel beam-to-column connections in University of Illinois in 1917, experimental testing has been continued and valuable connection databases have been founded. Initial rotation stiffness and ultimate moment resistance of connection have been gained by theoretic research baseing on experimental data. By means of this theory, moment-rotation curves of double web angle connections, top seat angle connections, top and seat angle with double web angle connections were gained, whose geometrical sizes were spesified inadvance.By the method of finite element, 12 space frame models were built up including double web angle connections, top seat angle connections, top and seat angle with double web angle connections and rigid connections, whose floor is 2-storey, 6-storey and 10-storey. Then lateral displacements were computed under wind loading, with the change of different storey and connection relative stiffness, the effect on maximum displacement and storey relative displacement were studied. The former three vibration modes were gained with model analysis, and period varieties of different connections were compared; time-history analysis were done by inputting ground motorial acceleration including El centro wave、Qianan wave and Taft wave. The effects of sereval facters including different storey, connection relative stiffness and different earthquake waves were studied on storey displacement and relative rotation angles. At last, column shear force was studied including rigid connection and semi-rigid connection.The results in this paper provide reference for further study on behavior of semi-rigid connection space frames and design of semi-rigid connection space frames.
