FAST 30米模型健康监测系统研究

【摘要】 FAST (Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope)为口径500米、具有主动反射面的球冠状大型射电望远镜,其所提供的机遇将把我国科学家带入射电天文学和深空探测通讯的最前沿,使我国跻身世界射电天文强国的行列。FAST反射面的支承结构属土木工程范畴,从1994年开始了预言工作,其创新点之一为主动反射面技术,工作时300米口径范围内的球面实时地拟合成抛物面。FAST结构的工作状态是一个不断变化的状态,对结构长期性能进行监测和诊断,及时发现结构的损伤,对可能出现的灾害进行预测,评估其安全性已成为必然要求,而且FAST投资高,在社会和国际的影响大,属于重大工程,因此其健康监测系统的研究意义重大而且是必要和迫切的。为了验证FAST理论分析成果的可行性,进行FAST缩尺模型试验,模型反射面为半径18米,口径30米的球面。本文对FAST 30米模型健康监测系统进行研究,其研究成果不仅可以用于FAST 30米模型,同时更重要的是为FAST原型的健康监测系统做好铺垫。首先,针对FAST 30米模型结构及其工作状态,对系统的组成和功能进行了研究,确定系统监测的内容,并给出系统工作流程。其次,研究了传感器子系统,对系统各类传感器进行选型和优化布置。然后,提出结构安全评定方法,并基于Matlab软件对FAST 30米模型健康监测系统初步设计。最后,完成FAST 30米模型整体索网的施工分析,内容包括:施工方案的研究、施工过程模拟分析、施工过程监测与安全评定、施工误差分析。
【Abstract】 FAST is a five-hundred-meter aperture spherical telescope with an active reflector, the opportunity it has will bring scientists in china into the front edge of radio astronomy and deep space exploration and communication, and make our country a member of great power on radio astronomy. The supporting structure of FAST belongs to the field of civil engineering, the feasibility research started from 1994, one originality innovation of the telescope is the active reflecting surface. When it works, the reflecting surface will fit into a paraboloid instantly.The work state is a variable state, thus, it is necessary to monitoring and diagnosing its long-term performances, discovering the damages in time, forecasting the possible disaster, and reporting safety assessment. FAST is a important project with a huge cost, has a great effect on society and international, therefore, research on health monitoring system is meaningful and imminent.In order to testify the feasibility of the theoretical analysis of FAST, the reduced scale model experiment of FAST is needed. The radius of the model’s reflecting surface is 18meters and the caliber is 30 meters. This paper does a research on health monitoring system of FAST 30-model, its results could be applied on FAST 30-model, and the base of health monitoring system of FAST.Firstly, fixes monitoring contents, defines constituents and functions of the system, and gives the working flow according to the structure of FAST 30-model.Secondly, explores the sub-system on sensors, and finishes the lectotype and optimal location study of each kind of sensors.Thirdly, puts forward the method of safety assessment of FAST 30-model, and designs the health monitoring system by the software of Matlab.The last part of this paper is about construction analysis of FAST 30-model, it consists of research on construction schemes, simulation and analysis of construction, and error analysis of construction.
