自锚式悬索桥主梁面内稳定实用简化计算方法探索

【摘要】 自锚式悬索桥是一种特殊的悬索桥桥型,它将主缆直接锚固于加劲梁的两端,由主梁直接承受主缆中的水平分力。这使得自锚式悬索桥的主梁在外荷作用下,处于压、弯状态,随着外荷载增大,梁的压力增大到一定值时,可能产生平面内的压、弯失稳,此时主梁内的临界轴力如何求解是一个十分重要的问题。本文主要是利用两端铰接弹性支承连续梁临界轴力的计算公式,参照斜拉桥主梁面内稳定实用简化计算方法的推导过程,探索自锚式悬索桥主梁面内稳定的实用简化计算方法,并以抚顺万新大桥为例,分别采用实用简化计算方法和有限元分析方法进行主梁的稳定分析,两者比较,验证实用简化计算方法的正确性。主要内容如下:1.利用弹性支承连续梁临界轴力的计算公式,参照斜拉桥主梁面内稳定实用简化计算方法的推导过程,提出自锚式悬索桥主梁面内稳定实用简化计算方法;根据自锚式悬索桥主缆吊索的几何关系,推导自锚式悬索桥主梁等效弹性支承刚度的表达式。2.以抚顺万新大桥为例,用ANSYS有限元程序计算其在各种荷载作用下的主梁轴力,将其组合作为梁的实际轴力。按提出的实用简化计算方法求万新大桥主梁面内稳定的临界轴力及主梁名义屈曲安全度。3.学习稳定的有限元分析方法,采用ANSYS有限元程序建立抚顺万新大桥的空间有限元模型,进行稳定分析。

【Abstract】 Self-anchored suspension bridge is a particular kind of suspension bridge, it anchors the cable at the ends of its beam directly, in this way, the horizontal component of cable tension is resisted by beam. So under the action of external loads, the main beam of self-anchored suspension bridge will be in compression and in bending. As the external loads increasing, the main beam will be losing the press bending stability in plane, when the compression force of the main beam is increasing to the certain value. Now how to calculate the critical axial-force of the main beam is a very important problem. In the text, according to deriving process of the practical and simplified calculation method of the main beam’s stability in plane of cable-stayed bridge, the author research for the practical and simplified calculation method of the main beam’s stability in plane of self-anchored suspension bridge, using the formula which is used to calculate the critical axial-force of the elastic supported continuous beam. By way of example of Fushun Wanxin Bridge, analysis its stability, using the practical and simplified calculation method and finite element method, compare the results, we can know the practical and simplified calculation method is right or not. The main content covers the following aspects:1. The author put forward the practical and simplified calculation method of the main beam’s stability in plane of self-anchored suspension bridge, according to deriving process of the practical and simplified calculation method of the main beam’s stability in plane of cable-stayed bridge, using the formula which is used to calculate the critical axial-force of the elastic supported continuous beam; obtain the formula which is used to calculate the equivalent elastic supported rigidity of self-anchored suspension bridge’s girder, according to the geometrical relationship of self-anchored suspension bridge’s main cable.2. By way of example of Fushun Wanxin Bridge, using the general program ANSYS to calculate the axial-force of its girder, under some different loads, and make the combination of these axial-forces as its real axial-force; calculate the critical axial-force of the main beam’s stability in plane of Fushun Wanxin Bridge, using the practical and simplified calculation method; calculate the main
