旋流扰流反应器混凝模型实验研究

【摘要】 高效絮凝反应器的研究一直是给水处理中一个十分令人关注的方向。本文分析了国内外关于絮凝反应器的研究现状,针对目前我国给水处理厂采用的絮凝设备落后,不能充分发挥新型高效絮凝剂的作用特性以及适应日益加剧的饮用水水质微污染问题,提出了将旋流扰流组合涡反应器应用到水处理中的观点。本课题在模型试验中着重进行不同种旋流扰流反应器和网格反应器在相同水量、水质、相同投药量的情况下絮凝效果的比较,通过对剩余浊度回归处理的方法筛选出处理效果最好的C型旋流扰流反应器,为了进一步验证该反应器絮凝效果,将其应用到实际生产中,得出了该反应器具有混合反应效率高、出水质量好、抗冲击能量强、施工简便、维护方便等优点。并对模型试验和生产试验的数据进行了误差分析。阐述了合适的微涡旋尺度是造成颗粒有效碰撞的首要因素,而由涡旋运动产生的剪切力和离心惯性力是絮凝颗粒发生接触碰撞的主要作用力,新型旋流扰流反应器应用水力旋流理论与微涡旋理论,在传统旋流反应器中布置各种不同的扰流装置,形成旋转的水流和包括自由涡、强制涡在内的组合微涡旋,以此增加平均水流的扰动,其实就是增加湍流的高频分量,从而提高能耗的有效利用率,增大粒子的碰撞、凝聚速率。对新型反应器内部流场及颗粒碰撞机理的分析,指出利用旋转水流的混合作用,不仅能使药剂迅速而均匀的扩散,还能形成立体接触碰撞凝聚。扰流装置相当于搅拌桨的作用,增强了水流的紊动性,使反应器接近于完全混合型的反应器,众多的完全混合型反应器串联起来,就接近推流式反应器,凝聚效果好,凝聚时间也相应缩短,反应器容积减小。浊度的迅速降低,表明旋流扰流组合涡混合反应器能充分利用特有扰流构件的架设,形成有利于颗粒凝聚的涡旋尺度。本文通过理论分析和实践检验,揭示了旋流扰流组合涡反应器参与絮凝反应时表现出来的水力特性有利于颗粒扩散、碰撞、絮凝。该反应器具有很大实际意义,适用于对水厂原有反应池的改造和新建水处理构筑物。

【Abstract】 The research for remarkable flocculation reactor is paid terribly attention to at all times in the direction of water supply treatment. The thesis analyses the current research about flocculation reactor at home and abroad, and contraposing that the flocculation equipment employed by our water supply treatment plant in China hangs behind so that it can’t exert fully the operation characteristic of new types and high effective flocculation and can’t adapt the tiny pollution problems which is exacerbated increasingly about the water quality of drinking water, the paper puts forward the view of applying the assembled rotational and disturb Reactor to water treatment.This thesis carries through the comparisons in model equipment about the water treatment effect between different kinds of rotational flow reactor and disturb flow reactor and lattice reactor in the condition of the same water flow rate, water quality and the same amounts of delivered medicament, and screens out C-type rotational -disturbed reactor whose treatment effect is the best; in order to validate further its choiceness treatment effect, the reactor is applied to actual production , and then the paper educes that that reactor has many merits such that mix reaction efficiency is high, the out flow quality is better, there is strong energy to contradict impact, construction is simple, the maintenance is convenient, consumption of medicament is lower etc. And then, the thesis makes a error analysis between the real data of model trial and production trial。The paper expatiates that an appropriate tiny eddy scale is the chief factor causing the granule collision effectively, and that the major function for contact and collision among flocculation granules is the cut force and the centrifugal inertia force caused by eddy rotational movement. The new type rotational and disturb reactor applies the hydraulic rotation current theory and tiny eddy rotational theory ,and disposes variable and different disturb flow equipments in the traditional rotational current reactor to increase disturb of average water flow, which in fact only increases the heft of high frequency, thereby improves the effective utilization rate of energy and augment the rate of granule collision and agglomeration. An analysis is made on the mechanism of interior flow field and granule collision of the new type reactor and the thesis indicates that using the mix function of rotational water flow that can render the medicament pervasion quickly and evenly and that forms the solid contact and collision agglomeration. The disturb flow equipment is quite as the function of a milling oar, and boosts up turbulence nature, the reactor closes to the mix completely type reactor; numerous mix completely reactors is in series that closes to the push
