双级泵无外挡板污水采集装置防阻塞特性的研究

【摘要】 本文为提高城市原生污水源热泵空调系统中污水取水系统防阻塞装置——滤面水力连续再生装置的性能,促进其制成型号化与系列化的高新技术产品。论文中根据滤面水力连续再生装置在污水热能采集系统的连接方式,建立了城市原生污水采集系统的水泵小阻抗旁路串联模型,根据在实际工程中测量的相关数据,运用数值模拟方法,分析了管路阻抗、水泵性能对系统实际用水量和流量系数的影响,讨论了系统的运行稳定性和调节性,结论证明了旁路串联水泵的技术可行性,并据此给出了污水子系统双级水泵的选择原则和系统调试方法,为污水源热泵系统的工程设计、运行提供理论依据。为了证明理论分析和数值计算的正确性,设计了污水采集系统流量特性的实验测量方法,利用超声波流量计测量了一级回路和二级回路在各种不同工况下的流量,分析了系统流量的变化规律。实验数据验证了理论分析和数值模拟结论的正确性,将为污水子系统的工程设计提供参考。从工程应用的角度出发,对哈尔滨市两个典型污水干渠中污水的水质进行了测量,掌握了原生污水中大尺度污杂物的浓度分布规律,为滤面水力连续再生装置的设计、制造提供了有价值的参考数据。在原生污水中污杂物浓度的测量基础上,测量了滤面水力连续再生装置试验样机的过滤效率,以实测数据为基础,分析了滤面水力连续再生装置的全效率和分级效率。

【Abstract】 The thesis researches the overcome blocked device of urban untreated sewage source heat pump and air-conditioning system. Measuring the ordure of concentration and making up artificial sewage. Building experiment table of hydraulic and continuous sieve regeneration device, measuring efficiency and analyzing running characteristic.The thesis designs the water pump little impedance by-pass series model of urban untreated sewage source heat energy acquisition system associates with filtering surface hydraulic power continuous regenerative device in the connecting style of sewage heat energy acquisition system. Based on the relevant data calculated of the actual project, analyses the influence of pipeline impedance and water pump property to the influence property of system actual water consumption quantity and flow coefficient by the digital analogue. And discussing the stability and adjustment of system operation, demonstrating the technology feasibility of by-pass series water pump, and presenting the choosing principle and the system setting method of sewage sub-system double stage water pump. The above information provides the theoretical foundation for the project design and operation of sewage source heat pump system.The thesis designs the experiment measurement method to sewage acquisition system flow characteristic, utilize ultrasonic flow calculator to calculate the different operating mode flow of first-order circuit and second-order circuit, analyses the change regularity of system flow. The experiment data verified that the exactitude of theory analysis and data analogue conclusion, which presents the instruction and reference for the project design of sewage sub-system.The origin of this thesis is the project application, measures the sewage quality of two typical sewage canals, and masters the concentration analysis regularity of large dirt in the untreated sewage, which offers the valuable reference data for the design and manufacturing of filtering surface continuous regenerative device.The thesis is based on the actual measurement data, analyses total
