【摘要】 随着中国经济的快速发展,中小企业占中国企业总数的80%以上,而中小企业的竞争不断加剧,迫切的需要实现企业的信息化,而在实施的过程中对管理软件的选择则是非常重要的内容。本文介绍了国内外两种典型的中小企业管理软件——德国SAP公司推出的SAP Business One和中国本土企业用友公司开发的U8。重点是对这两种管理软件进行比较分析,以及这两种管理软件之间差异的原因分析,为中小企业进行信息化建设,尤其是在选择管理软件产品方面提供参考。论文首先对国内外中小企业信息化建设的现状进行分析,总结了中国中小企业信息化所存在的问题,特别是企业在选择管理软件时所遇到的障碍。其次,分析了中小企业的概念及划分标准和企业信息化的基础理论知识,包括了MRP、MRPII和ERP的概念及内容,还对中小企业信息化的特点以及实施信息化的必要性进行了详细的论述。通过对管理思想等基础理论的论述,本文分别从三个方面对这两种中小企业管理软件进行了比较分析——逻辑结构、体系结构及权限、二次开发。在逻辑结构的比较中分析了SBO和U8管理软件各自的业务流程特点,着重分析了它们在业务流程上存在的区别,通过它们在业务处理上的不同,可以得出国内外企业在管理理论上存在着的巨大区别。随着客户关系管理功能在现代企业的作用越来越重要,在逻辑结构中还分析了这两种管理软件与客户关系管理(CRM)集成之间的关系。在体系结构的比较中分析了SBO与U8管理软件各自的特点,主要是B/S与C/S结构之间的关系,选择不同的体系结构都需要考虑到企业的规模、客户端数量、系统稳定性等因素,本文则进行了详细分析;另外还分析了SBO与U8管理软件在权限控制上的区别与联系。另外,每一种管理软件都不可能完全满足企业的要求,需要在管理软件自身的基础上进行二次开发,本文也对SBO与U8这两种管理软件它们在二次开发中的特点进行了比较分析。最后,通过对逻辑结构与体系结构等内容的分析,分别给出了中小企业在选择管理软件方面的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 When China was one of the members of WTO in 2001 and the economic relationship of the world becomes more and more strongly, information system seems more important in China. So the only one way of Small and midsize Business (SMB) can survive in the world is information management. The paper gives the comparison between SAP Business One management software and U8 management software and it analyzes the difference more. The object of this paper is some useful suggestions about information system in SMB of China.The theory, developing history and latest development of Information Management is firstly studied in this paper, including MRP, MRPII, ERP etc. it also introduces the concept of Small and midsize Business. And than it is introduces SAP Business One management software which is made in Germany and the other is U8 management software which is made in China.As the center of this paper, it points out the sameness and difference between SAP Business One and U8 in three ways. Firstly it introduces the logic structure between SBO and U8. It gives the relationship and differeU8e between SBO and U8 when each of them deals with the operation flow in real enterprise. As a result of this difference we can know the difference of the theory of business management between foreign country and China. In this chapter it also analyzes the integration of ERP and CRM between them and gives the detail reason about this difference. Secondly it introduces the physical structure between SBO and U8, including the architecture of the ERP software which has two forms- one is the form of B/S and the other is the form of C/S, the difference of the design of the database between SBO and U8, the right management of the ERP software. Thirdly it introduces the further development of ERP software when enterprise applies the software between SBO and U8.At last, this paper will give some useful suggestions about information management in China which will accord with Chinese circumstance.更多还原
