【摘要】 经济全球化的背景下，经济的区域化日益突现。区域创新能力成为区域经济迅速发展的重要基础，促进区域创新的区域创新体系及其建设也随之成为学界和社会广泛关注的重要议题。区域知识创新是在区域内部形成知识生产——知识成果转化和产业化——知识成果扩散和反馈——新的知识生产之间的循环体系，是区域创新的源泉和基础保证；区域技术创新的是知识的应用、知识的产生和转移，是区域创新的核心，是区域创新能力的决定性因素。所以，对两者耦合的研究，就是对区域创新系统内部机制的分析，是一个新的分析角度。 随着我国科教兴国、兴省、兴市战略实施的深入，区域创新体系建设在很多地区展开，但由于缺乏系统研究，目前尚没有一个令人信服的、可用于指导其内部资源的优化配置以及利用系统间联系与功能耦合建立和完善创新机制的理论框架。本文力求通过区域知识创新与技术创新耦合的研究，为区域创新体系的规划提供相关的理论依据。 全文共分五章。第一章为导论，分析了论文的研究意义并介绍了国内外对区域创新、区域知识创新和区域技术创新的最新研究进展；第二章，在分析两者主体行为与影响因素后较为准确地提出了关键耦合域；第三章，运用系统动力学因果反馈分析和系统建模来探索二者耦合的内在因素；第四章，以湖北省区域创新体系中知识创新和技术创新的构成和现状，以及湖北省知识创新与技术创新两者耦合的优势与不足，论证本文提出的相关理论和观点；第五章，在以上分析的基础上提出具有实用性和通用性的区域创新规划与组织策略，并给出相应的宏观政策建议；第六章，全文总结与研究展望，提出研究的结论与不足，展望将来的研究趋势。 通过理论与实证分析，本文主要得出以下结论：第一，区域知识创新与区域技术创新耦合关系的实现主体为由区域知识产生的被企业首次商业化的新知识；第二，两者的关键耦合域为基于“新知识”产生的组织、基于“新知识”产生的多元化投入体系和基于“新知识”的转化体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the economical globalization background, the regionalism of economy appears more prominent day by day. The ability of regional innovation becomes the significant foundation of the regional economic rapid development, regional innovation system which promotes the region innovation and its construction also become an important issue with widespread attention along with it among the educational world and the whole society. Regional knowledge production system is a circle system including knowledge production-knowledge production transform and industrialization- knowledge production diffusing and feedback-new knowledge production, which is the source of regional innovation and the foundation guarantee; The region technology innovation is the knowledge application, the knowledge production and its shift, and is the core of regional innovation, also is the determining factor of regional innovation ability. Therefore, the research on the couplings of these two, is a research of the region innovation system interior mechanism, and a new analysis angle.Along with the thoroughness of "promoting country, province and city by science and education " strategy implementation, the regional innovation system construction launches in very many areas, but because of lack in the systematic research, at present there is still no persuasive theoretical frame that may be used to instruct its internal resources optimization as well as to establish and perfect the innovation mechanism by the system relationship and the function coupling. This paper makes every effort to provide the correlated theoretical basis for the region innovation system plan through the research on the regional knowledge innovation and the technical innovation coupling.The full text divides to five chapters.
