【摘要】 经过近20年的发展，我国的酒店设计已经走向成熟和理性化。酒店规划方面，也开始将酒店功能、文化，建筑环境和酒店经营目标完美结合，并相互促进，形成酒店经营特色和竞争优势可持续发展战略，全球一体化的趋势是物质和文化共享，我们要加强保护人类文化的遗产和人民环境的传统风貌，我们还要正确面对外来文化的艺术，拿出新的朝气，新的原创及远见，开创多元化的具有自己民族地域文化特色的现代酒店室内设计新局面。 目前，在设计思维快速发展的今天，我国的星级酒店设计尚存在一些值得注意的问题： (1)酒店设计千篇一律，缺乏特色和创意。在中国各大城市众多的星级酒店，无论是酒店规划、建筑设计、功能布局还是室内风格、手法、材料乃至客房的样式都惊人的相似。这种毫无生气的设计，给国家和投资方造成大量的损失。这其中的原因，有的是建筑设计单位缺乏经验，如交通流线组织不合理；或者重视前台，轻后台；也有的是室内设计师不负责任的“拿来主义”。 (2)室内设计重视过程装饰轻装饰，使得室内空间硬装修过多，灯具、家具、艺术陈设却苍白无力。这个问题在国内众多酒店中是个普遍现象。 (3)对客房设计重视不够。其实客人入住酒店，大部分时间均在客房度过，面对生活品质和欣赏赏力都日渐提高的客人，国内大多数酒店客房无论从功能、面积、房型到客房中家具的款式、布艺、地毯的颜色。甚至在酒拒、衣柜的做法上都惊人的相似。 (4)本土的酒店设计师还需加速成长，中国最大型最高档次的酒店被国外著名设计公司垄断，这些世界级的大师以及大批留学归国的学子有着先进的思想、方法和技术，但他们也有存着中国民族文化重视不够的问题，所以迅速成长的本土酒店设计师才是设计队伍的主力军。 在新的形势下我们应该详细地对酒店尤其是星级酒店室内设计进行研究分析，总结经验下一步设计创新作铺垫。本文从系统设计的八种原理(整体性、开放性、自组为织性、动态性、层次性、目的性、分解协调性、相似性)的角度，对星级酒店室内系统设计原理作概括和分析，延伸出相对应的设计方法论，以便指导星级酒店设计及规划。本文分别从星级酒店的系统设计原理、酒店的公共空间系统设计、星级酒店客房及套房系统设计、星级酒店特殊系统设计四个方面对酒店设计系统进行了阐述。希望本文星级酒店设计所做的理论探讨，对星级酒店设计实践起到一定指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With around 20 years’ development, the hotel design in China has become mature and rationalized. As for hotel planning, the hotel functions, cultures, architectural environment and the operational objects have been integrated perfectly as a whole to form a sustainable development strategy with unique features and competitive advantages. A trend of globalization is to share both materials and cultures, therefore, we ought to take great efforts to protect the heritage of human culture and traditional flavor of inhabitation environment, treat foreign cultures and arts properly and carve out a new way of modern hotel interior design with our own national and regional cultures featuring our vigor, originality and prospects. At present, with the rapid development of design concepts, there still exist some problems that are worthy of our attention in the design of star-ranked hotels in China.1. Repetitive design with neither features nor originality. A lot of star-ranked hotels in many cities in China are surprisingly similar from their hotel designs, construction designs, and functional layouts to the interior styles, methods applied, materials and even the modes of the guest rooms. Such a tedious design induces slump operation and lacks in competitive capacity and thus causes considerable loss for the country and investors. As for the reasons, in some cases it is due to the fact that the construction and design companies are lack of experience, such as unreasonable organization of streamline transportation and the imbalance between the front stage and the backstage, whereas in other cases it is due to the irresponsible "borrow-ism" of interior designers.2. It is common in many domestic hotel designs that in the process of hotel interiordesign, emphasis is given to fitment rather than decoration, which results in too much "hard" fitment, making "soft" decoration like lamps, furniture, artistic display and so on appear to be too pale and weak.3. The attention paid to guest room design is still inadequate. In fact, guests spendmost of their time in the room; however, for the guests with improving living standard and taste, most of domestic hotels are short of their individuality from the functions, areas, room types to the furniture modes, cloth skill decorations, the carpet colors even to the wardrobes and the cocktail cabinets.4. The domestic hotel designers still need more time to develop. Foreign famousdesign companies have monopolized the design for the largest and the top hotels in China.
