城市客车电磁缓速制动器的制动性能分析与仿真

【摘要】 城市客车是城市公共交通的主体,是城市生活的重要组成部分。随着生活水平的提高,民众对城市客车的要求日渐提高。城市客车在营运过程中由于乘客量大、制动频繁,制动力不足一直是车辆普遍存在的问题,电磁缓速制动器的应用不仅是目前解决这个问题的有效方法,而且能提高城市客车的安全性、环保性、舒适性、经济性,满足乘客的要求。因此,针对城市客车的特殊性,研究城市客车电磁缓速制动器的特殊功能及其制动性能,使电磁缓速制动器更适应城市客车的发展需求是很有必要的。 本文首先综合讨论了城市客车电磁缓速制动器的工作原理、基本结构和安装方式等基本问题,根据城市客车的运营工况和发展趋势,提出了城市客车电磁缓速制动器的功能要求和设计要求,重点介绍了课题组设计的DHZ100型城市客车电磁缓速制动器及其应用效果;推导得出了城市客车电磁缓速制动器制动力矩和温升的理论计算公式,并通过分析安装电磁缓速制动器后城市客车的制动过程,得到了制动性能指标——制动距离、制动减速度与制动时间的计算公式;通过建立城市客车传动系的键合图模型,并采用基于键合图模型的Matlab/Simulink仿真方法,建立了城市客车电磁缓速制动器制动性能仿真模型,采用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件进行了DHZ100型城市客车电磁缓速制动器的制动性能仿真分析,得到了电磁缓速制动器对城市客车制动性能的影响;通过比较安装电磁缓速制动器前后城市客车制动性能的仿真结果,验证了本文对城市客车电磁缓速制动器制动性能理论分析的正确性,为城市客车电磁缓速制动器的优化设计和选型设计提供了方便可行的方法。 本文的主要研究成果,已应用于实际产品,经实验检验是正确实用的。

【Abstract】 City bus is not only the main body of city public transportation, but also an important part of city life. With the improvement of standard of living, people’s demands for city bus are increasing continuously. When the city bus runs, there is a common problem for city bus without sufficient brake power which is caused by large number of passengers and frequently braking. The application of electromagnetic brake can not only solve this problem effectively, but also improve security, environment protection, comfort and cost-effectiveness of city bus to meet passengers’ demands. Therefore, according to the characteristics of city bus, it is necessary to study the special function and the braking performance of electromagnetic brake of city bus to make electromagnetic brake more suitable for the request of city bus development.Firstly, the dissertation synthetically discussed the fundamental problems of electromagnetic brake of city bus, such as working principle, basic structure and installation modes. According to the working condition and developing trend of city bus, the dissertation proposed the function and design requirements for the electromagnetic brake of city bus, and then focused on introducing a type of electromagnetic brake of city bus DHZ100, which is designed by the work-team, and its application effect. The dissertation deducted the formula for calculating braking torque and temperature-rise of electromagnetic brake of city bus, and by analyzing the braking process of city bus with electromagnetic brake, the dissertation also obtained the formula for calculating the braking performance indexes—braking distance, braking deceleration and braking time. By establishing the bond graph of city bus’s power transmission and using the Matlab/Simulink based on the bond graph, this dissertation established the simulation model of braking performance of electromagnetic brake. Through simulating the braking performance of DHZ100, the influence of this brake on city bus had been obtained. And through comparing the simulation results of the braking performance of city bus equipped with electromagnetic brake with city bus not equipped with electromagnetic brake, it was proved that the theoretical analysis of braking performance was correct, and proposed a simple and feasible method for optimized design and matching design of electromagnetic brake of city bus.The main contributions in this dissertation have been applied in the design of electromagnetic brake on city bus, and have been proved to be practical and correct by experiments.
