【摘要】 随着社会和经济的发展，作为“第三利润源泉”的物流对经济活动的影响日益明显，也越来越被世界各国所重视。各式各样的物流配送中心也如雨后春笋涌现，物流配送中心成为企业界和学术界关注的热点话题，但缺乏关于物流配送中心服务能力评价方面的研究。 物流配送中心在进行仓储、拣选、装卸、配送等物流运作时都会存在一定的能力约束，超过生产型企业生产能力的生产计划无法按期完工，同样超出物流配送中心服务能力的物流配送计划也无法按照顾客的要求准时履行，所以需要研究配送中心服务能力为其制订物流配送计划提供客观依据。同时，系统地研究配送中心的服务能力，有助于配送中心分析制约其发展的关键能力要素，通过制订和实施适当的物流发展战略有针对性地加以完善，使企业以较低的投入获得更具优势的运营绩效。因此研究配送中心服务能力有着非常重要的理论和实际意义。 本文首先归纳总结了国内外学者对物流能力研究的方法和成果。在简单介绍了物流配送中心的概念、分类和具备的各项功能后，对配送中心的服务能力进行了定性研究，分析了影响配送中心服务能力的因素。影响配送中心服务能力的因素既多种多样又复杂，这就要求我们在评价配送中心服务能力之前对这些因素作全面深入的分析，以确保评价的客观性、正确性和可靠性。接着，归纳总结车站、港口等交通站点通过能力的测算方法，找出可以借鉴的内容。在定性研究的基础上，对配送中心的服务能力做了定量的研究。分析了配送中心服务系统中各个子环节的流通能力对整个系统服务能力的影响，构建了配送中心服务能力评价的数学模型分别对各子环节和整个服务系统的能力做评价。仿真是评价物流能力的有效工具。因此，在介绍仿真的基本原理之后，应用计算机仿真技术实现了对配送中心服务能力的动态评价。仿真结果表明仿真系统满足评价要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of society and economy, All kinds of logistics centers like mushroom growth to emerge, it becomes the hot topic to which the enterprise and the academic circles pay attention, but lacks research about appraisal of the service ability of logistics centers.When logistics center carries on logistic operations like transportation, storage, loading and so on, it has the certain ability restraint. The productive plan can not be on time finished, if it surpasses the productive enterprise’s productivity. Similarly, surpassing the logistics center’s service ability, the ordering goods also can not be delivered according to customer’s request punctually. So we need to study the service ability of logistics centers in order to provide the objective basis for it making deliver plan. At the same time, systematically studies service ability of logistics center is helpful for it to analysis factors which restrict its development, through making and the implementation of suitable strategy to get superiority operation achievements. Therefore the study of service ability of logistics center has theory and practical significance.This article first summarizes the research techniques and the achievements of logistics ability of domestic and foreign scholars, discovered that most of them are center on the appraisal of organization achievements. After simply introduced the concept, classification of logistics center, it makes the qualitative investigation. Systematically analyzes the operation process of logistics center, then it analyses factors which influence the service ability of logistics center. After that it summarizes methods of calculating the traffic capacity of transportation station like train station, port and so on. On the qualitative investigation foundation, does the quantitative research. It analyzes the influences that each sub- link circulation’s ability making to the overall system service ability, then constructs the mathematical model for appraising the service ability of each sub- link and logistics center. The simulation is the effective method to appraising logisctics ability, it can assist making decision, reduce the implementation risk. Therefore, after introduction basic principle of simulation, it realized using the simulation technology to do dynamic appraisal. Simulation outcomes indicate that the simulation system satisfy evaluation needs.更多还原
