多层钢结构住宅结构体系及连结节点研究

【摘要】 随着我国钢铁产量大幅增长,为建筑业用钢提供了充足的原材料储备,一种新型的居住建筑体系——钢结构体系住宅开始在我国得到越来越广泛的重视与开发研究。到目前,对该体系的研究己进入全面启动阶段。一方面各地建筑业积极参与这一新体系的研究和实践,并有了一批钢结构住宅试点和示范的建设经验和科技成果;另一方面,在建设实践中也发现了大量急需解决的技术性问题。本论文以钢结构住宅作为研究对象,从结构体系和连接节点两方面,运用分类和对比的研究方法对该体系进行全面的技术经济性研究。1、回顾国内外钢结构住宅的发展历史,分地区介绍了国外相关体系构成和技术措施,分析总结了国内的研究建设成果,分析探讨了钢结构住宅在我国发展的可行性和必要性。2、针对8度地震设防烈度地区比较纯框架和框架-支撑两种结构体系,并用计算说明其各自的合理性和经济性。用六个模型论证了4~6层住宅楼采用纯框架结构比框架-支撑结构更加经济合理,8层及8层以上钢结构住宅,可以采用框架支撑体系增大结构的刚度,满足层间水平位移和总侧移刚度的要求。3、运用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对连接节点进行模拟计算,分析其受力性能。通过对不同螺栓直径和不同端板厚度的梁柱端板连接节点的有限元分析,研究端板连接节点的受力性能,并根据节点的M—θ关系曲线分析螺栓直径和端板厚度对节点刚度的影响。

【Abstract】 With great increasing of steel output,it provides architecture industry with ample repertory of raw and processed materials,one new pattern structural system--steel frames system house have been widely attached importance and opened out and researched.By far,the research of this system has come generally into the phase of startup.One side this new pattern is studied and practiced by the architecture industry, a lot of steel frames system houses have been made experiments and much constructive experience and technological production have been obtained;one the other hand,some desiderate undone technical problems have been found in practice.Steel frames system houses were considered as investigative object,from the two aspects of frames system and joint,through classified and investigative way, extensive is carried through in this paper.Firstly,review of the developing history about steel structure residential building, real projects and achievements in China are classified and summed up, the feasible and necessary of developing steel structure residential building in China is analyzed .Secondly,in allusion to 8 degree aseismatic area,the frame structure-supporting system and the frame structure system were contrasted,at the same time,the rationality and economy of structure system also explained by calculation.By six models,it was approved that it was more rational and economic to adopt the frame structure system compared with the frame structure-supporting for multiplayer residential building. For eight to eight-storey above residential steel building, in order to increase the rigidity of structure and fulfill the need of interlayer- horizontal displacement and total lateral sway rigidity, the frame structure-supporting system may be adopted.Thirdly, use the software ANSYS of finite element analyse, simulate and calculate the joint, analyse its resistance. The effect of different diameter of bolt and thickness of end-plate connections is analysed by nonlinear finite element , beam-column end-plate connections resistance is studied , and based on the M-θrelations of beam-column end-plate connections analyses the effect of diameter of bolt and thickness of end-plate.
