【摘要】 软件产业在整个信息产业中占有极为重要的地位,是信息产业的一个主要竞争领域,它直接关系到国家安全和国民经济的发展,是21世纪产业规模最大和最具广阔前景的新兴产业之一。南京市软件产业在近些年内取得了快速的发展,具备了较好的基础,但与国内软件产业发展较快城市(如北京、上海)相比,还有不少差距。例如软件产业总体实力不强,软件企业规模不大,知名品牌不多,具有自主知识产权的核心技术和产品的比例不高等这些问题,他们将会影响今后南京市软件产业的快速健康发展。因此研究南京市软件产业竞争力的影响因素及其评价,具有重要的现实意义。本文在借鉴国内外相关研究成果的基础上,以技术创新经济学、产业经济学等为理论基础,从竞争力角度对南京市软件产业进行评价。论文的第一部分主要是对一些概念的界定,包括软件产业、产业竞争力、区域软件产业竞争力等等,进而对影响区域软件产业竞争力的因素进行了分析。论文的第二部分是研究南京市软件产业的现状及优劣势,将南京市软件产业环境与北京、上海软件产业环境进行比较分析。论文的第三部分是对南京市软件产业竞争力做出评价:首先试图探讨并构建南京市软件产业竞争力评价体系及评价方法,然后是运用这套评价指标体系对南京、北京、上海的软件产业竞争力做出比较评价,从而找出南京软件产业与北京、上海软件产业的差距。论文的第四部分是针对上述的研究结论提出发展南京市软件产业的对策和措施。本文的研究立足于南京市软件产业发展的实际,由于软件产业具有传统产业所不具有的新的特点,传统产业竞争力评价指标体系已经不能完全适应软件产业竞争力的评价要求,因此,研究和探寻南京市软件产业的评价指标体系成为本文的一个创新之处;同时,文章在借鉴国内外有关产业竞争力成果的基础上,将区域软件产业竞争力作为研究对象具有较强的针对性和一定的创新性;此外,文章对南京市软件产业竞争力提出的相关建议的探讨也是一种创新研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The software industry occupies an extremely important position in the whole information industry, and is a main competitive field of the information industry. It is directly related to the national security and the development of national economy. The software industry is the focus of international competition and commanding point of the strategy, and it is also one of the industries that have the largest scale and the broad prospect in the 21st century.In recent years, Nanjing software industry has obtained rapid development and possessed better foundations, but compared with the cities (such as Beijing, Shanghai), there are many disparities. For example, the overall capability of software industry is not stronger, the scope of the enterprises is relatively smaller, and there are less famous brands. These will influence the rapid and healthy development of Nanjing software industrial competitiveness in the future. So, to study the Nanjing software industrial competitive has the great real meaning.This article learns the theory of innovation economics, industry economics etc. and wrote on the basis of competitiveness. It analyses the factors that affect the competitiveness of the regional software industry, proposes an evaluation system and an evaluation method of Nanjing software industrial competitiveness, then compares the software industrial competitiveness of Nanjing, Beijing and Shanghai, and finally gives the suggestions and measures of developing Nanjing software industrial competitiveness.Through the analysis of the competitiveness evaluation directions and methods, we can find that the traditional industrial competitiveness evaluation system has not fully adapted to the software industrial competitiveness evaluation requirements. So it is an innovation that this article tries to build the Nanjing software industrial competitiveness evaluation system and method. It also tries to study the competitive stratery, and hope to make the further study with the development of Nanjing software competitiveness.更多还原
