【摘要】 本文对中金公司ERP系统的实施进行了研究,主要包括绪论、中金公司实施ERP系统的战略依据、中金公司ERP系统的分析和设计、中金公司ERP系统的实施、中金公司ERP系统的应用及效果分析等五个部分。绪论部分论述了“中金公司ERP系统的实施研究”的研究背景、研究意义以及ERP在国内外的应用研究现状。中金公司ERP系统的战略依据部分分析了中金公司的内外部环境,中金公司的发展战略、信息化发展规划,论证了中金公司实施ERP系统的必要性和可行性。中金公司ERP系统的分析和设计部分分析了中金ERP系统的基本要求及目标,进而设计中金公司整体业务流程,设计中金ERP系统,分析了FS财务管理系统(帐务管理、工资管理、固定资产管理)、TOZW业务转财务管理系统、BMS综合业务管理系统(采购管理、仓库管理、销售管理、存货管理)、MPCS生产计划和控制管理系统(生产计划管理、车间物流管理、生产成本管理)、质量管理系统等主要子系统各自的管理模块和管理流程。中金公司ERP系统的实施部分,讨论了中金ERP系统实施前的准备工作和ERP的实施。中金公司ERP系统的应用及效果分析部分,分析了中金公司实施ERP系统后所产生的效果与效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper discusses the application research of ZhongJin Company ERP system. It consists of five chapters: Introduction, Strategic Basis, Analysis and Design, Application Research and Efficiency Evaluation of the ERP system.Chapter of introduction discusses the research background and significance of the application research of ZhongJin Company ERP system. The current application research situation of ERP at home and abroad is also presented in this chapter。In chapter of strategic basis, the inside and outside circumstances, the development strategy and layout of information development of ZhongJin Company are analyzed. This part also demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the application of ERP system in ZhongJin Company.Chapter of analysis and design analyzes the basic requirement and targets of ERP system. Furthermore, the whole structure and operating process of ZhongJin Company and ZhongJin ERP system are designed. the administration module and administration process of each system are also designed. These systems include FS financial management system (account management, wage management, fixed assets management), TOZW business to finance management system, BMS integrative business management system (purchase management, storage management, sale management, inventory management), MPCS production plan and control management system (production plan management, workshop material management, production cost management), quality management system.Chapter of application introduced the early work of ZhongJin ERP system and application of ZhongJin ERP system.Chapter five, application and efficiency evaluation, analyzes the effect and beneficial result of ZhongJin Company ERP system.更多还原
