【摘要】 在21世纪的今天,知识经济初见端倪,全球经济一体化趋势更加明显,外商直接投资(以下简称FDI)已经成为国际资本流动的主要方式,日益成为全球最重要的经济力量之一,对东道国经济产生越来越重要的影响,各国政府日益关注利用FDI对本国经济发展的深层次影响。许多国外研究表明,FDI的大量流入不仅作为补充资本影响东道国经济增长,更为重要的是,FDI可以通过技术溢出,使东道国的技术水平、组织效率不断提高,从而提高国民经济的综合生产要素,促进经济增长,使国民经济走上内生化增长的道路。本文试图从技术溢出的角度来研究FDI对经济增长的影响。首先回顾了我国FDI的发展,并分析了选题的研究意义,然后在对FDI、技术溢出与内生经济增长相关理论进行阐述和分析的基础上,对我国的FDI技术溢出效应进行实证分析得出就我国工业总体而言,FDI对我国内资企业存在着正面技术溢出作用,对我国企业技术水平的提高和竞争能力的增强起到了积极的作用。然后详细的阐述了FDI技术溢出作用于经济增长的途径:国内企业与外资企业的联系、外资企业的示范和国内企业的模仿、企业间的人员流动,并在此基础上详细的从定性分析了FDI技术溢出效应的影响因素,进而在内生经济增长模型——产品品种增加模型的基础上,构建了分析FDI技术溢出效应与中国经济增长之间关系的经济计量模型,依据中国近年来的具体数据,运用经济计量方法进行实证分析和检验,结果表明FDI技术溢出效应对我国的经济增长具有较为显著的正向推动作用,并且FDI的确是与人力资本相结合来共同推动经济增长,市场化和非国有化等制度因素也对FDI技术溢出效应具有促进作用。最后就前面分析结论提出提升技术溢出效应促进我国经济增长的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 21st century today, the global economic integration tendency is more obvious, the foreign direct investment (FDI) has been the main form of international capital flow, day by day became one of the global most important economical strength, and exerted increasingly important influence to the host country economy.Many overseas research indicate: the large-scale inflow of FDI not only affect the host country economy as the supplement capital flow, but also speed up the step of the national economy industrialization, the market and the internationalization; More importantly, FDI may through the technical spillover, raises the level of technology and organizational efficiency and thus increases the total factor productivity of the national economy, then promotion economy growth.This thesis tries to study the relation between FDI and Economic Growth from a brand-new perspective of technology spillover. Firstly, it analysis the research significance basing on the review of research results about the technological spillover effect. Secondly it expatiates the FDI, technological spillover, endogenous economic growth. Thirdly, it makes empirical analaysis and test with econometric methods, finds that there indeed exist spillover of FDI on China’s domestic firms, FDI technology spillover make positive function to technical level enhancement and competition ability enhancement of China’s domestic firms. Then, based on the positive analysis on the spillover effect in our country, it analysis the three channels that the FDI technological spillover effect can promote economic growth.Based on the endogenous economic growth model, constructs the econometric model which analysis the relation between the FDI technological spillover effect and the Chinese economy growth. With empirical analysis and test, it indicates technological spillover effect of FDI is a very important factor that affects economic growth of the host countries. FDI and human capital jointly promote the economic growth. System elements also contribute to the FDI technological spillover effect.Finally, it makes the conclusion and puts forward some policy suggestions about enhances technology spillover effect of FDI for promotion economy growth.更多还原
