国产环氧沥青混合料性能研究

【摘要】 环氧沥青是一种由沥青、环氧树脂、固化剂以及其他添加剂等多种材料掺配而成的新型改性沥青,它的热固性赋予沥青以优良的物理、力学性能。用环氧沥青拌制的沥青混合料,具有强度高、韧性好、优良的抗疲劳性能、温度稳定性、耐腐蚀性能以及良好的层间结合能力等特点,其路用性能比普通沥青混合料优异得多。因此,国内从南京长江二桥开始,在大跨径钢箱梁桥面铺装工程中引进并开展环氧沥青混凝土技术的研究与推广应用工作。此前研究仅限于国外环氧沥青,而国产环氧沥青的开发和研究基本处于起步阶段。因此,本文将通过对新研制开发的国产环氧沥青进行沥青及混合料性能的研究和综合评价,提出其工程适用性,并以此推进国产环氧沥青混合料钢桥面铺装技术的进程。本文首先通过试验,比较沥青与环氧树脂在不同配合比例情况下,环氧沥青粘度与拉伸性能的差异,确定最佳配合比例和评定指标。然后,对确定配合比例的国产环氧沥青进行混合料目标配合比设计,确定了矿料的级配范围、混合料的最佳油石比以及高温固化温度、时间等参数。在确定国产环氧沥青混合料最佳沥青用量和矿料级配后,本文通过一系列室内试验,对其强度、高温稳定性、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性、耐油腐蚀性能以及抗疲劳性能等进行较全面的分析研究。同时,本文也通过薄膜加热试验对国产环氧沥青进行短期老化处理,研究比较了其抗老化性能。最后,本文根据国产环氧沥青的特性,结合室内试验研究成果,对国产环氧沥青混凝土钢桥面铺装的施工提出了合理化的建议和技术要求,为今后国产环氧沥青混凝土铺装的实施与推广提供参考依据。
【Abstract】 Epoxy asphalt is composed of asphalt, epoxy resin, curing agent and other additive, which has excellent physical performance and mechanical performance with its thermoset property. Epoxy asphalt mixture has higher strength and toughness, better anti-fatigue performance, temperature stability, anticorrosion property and bonding force than conventional asphalt mixture. Therefore, the research on epoxy asphalt concrete for long-span steel deck pavement was introduced into china by the steel deck pavement of 2nd Nanjing Yangtse River Bridge.The study before object mostly was American epoxy asphalt in the projects. The research on domestic epoxy asphalt is just in the starting phase. The performance of domestic epoxy asphalt and its mixture is studied in this thesis. Then, its applicability is discussed to accelerate the process of steel deck pavement technology of domestic epoxy asphalt mixture.To confirm the best mixed proportion, the difference of viscosity and tension performance are compared with different proportion between asphalt and epoxy resin by tests. Then, it makes target mixture proportion design to study on the aggregate gradation scope, optimum asphalt content of mixture, the temperature and time of curing.After target mixture proportion design, strength, high temperature stability, anti-crack performance in low temperature, water stability, anti-oil performance and anti-fatigue performance of mixture are researched on. Moreover, the anti-aging performance of domestic epoxy asphalt and its mixture are studied by TFOT(Thin Film Oven Test).In the end, with the performance of domestic epoxy asphalt, the steel deck pavement construction tecgnolegy suggestions and requirements are brought forward in order to offer the reference in domestic epoxy asphalt concrete pavement.
